Food Quality & Taste- 4/5
Rustic Dough Works has a full menu with a variety of options. Standouts? The Riggs Pie! The spicy, sweet, savory combination is great! And the sourdough cinnamon roll is great as well. Best if eaten hot! Note: This is a sourdough kitchen.
-Sourdough Garlic Knots: 3.5/5
-Secret Meatballs: 4/5
-Ricotta Racket: 4/5
-Chicken Martini à la Marsala: 3.5/5
-Riggs Pie: 6/5
-Butterfinger Cheesecake: 4/5
-Sourdough Cinnamon Roll: 5/5
Service- 5/5
Wonderful service. My server was also the manager, and she took great care of me. Provided great recommendations, helped me choose what to try, and was attentive throughout my visits. Even when it got quite busy, she continued to check on me.
Atmosphere- 4/5
I visited the Palm Coast location, and it’s located in the City Market Place Plaza. Easy to find and get to. Inside is spacious, and there are a variety of seating types.
Value- 4/5
Rustic Dough Works has a great value. Some dishes were a little more expensive than I expected, but the taste and service definitely make up for it.
Opportunities for Learning- 4/5
This is a sourdough kitchen, so learning about the health benefits of sourdough is interesting! Also, they serve a few different styles of pizza crust, which was cool to learn about. While many dishes are standard “American” and Italian dishes, there are opportunities to learn a little something before you leave.

Kickin' pizza. Absolutely fantastic. Crust is out of this world, it properly supports the toppings and has great chew. I'm highly impressed.
Meatballs were okay, but that's okay. Because pizza.
Need to try the breakfast burrito...

Food is pretty good. Not a fan of thick crust pizza but the sauce cheese and toppings were fine. Maybe offer a thin crust , you certainly would attract more return business. Pasta and chicken dishes were tasty and portions were fine. Last visit this past Monday we were very disappointed. Came with a party of 10. We had all had been there before. Waitress was awful. We all ordered Date night specials. The table had 6 flyers spread onthe table with the specials listed. Waitress came back and said they were not going to honor the deal. False advertising or just poor management?. As an owner of a restaurant you should honor your ads , especially when they are spread all over every table. We reordered meals off the regular menu. Did not get all the dinners
until 1 hour after we had to reorder. Did not order anything complicated. We almost walked out. A note to owner... hire a hostess with common sense, if you can not hire a manager. Do not expect your cook to do double duty cook and handle serving issues Do not let an inexperienced waitress cover a party of 10. Thats restaurant 101 advice. Your food is pretty good. Prices are fair.
