  I ordered a big New York style pizza and they brought me a regular size pizza so I called them and they said oh well it is a big New York style They tried telling me that it’s the pizza I ordered and it’s definitely not the pizza I ordered

  So I’ve picked up orders here multiple times as a delivery driver. I’ve also ordered several pizzas here. I’m the guy that usually likes mom and pops better than corporate pizza but for some reason this pizza doesn’t taste like a corporate pizza. You’ve been to Pizza Hut right, so I’ll go into the staff here. The manager Matt is cool as hell. He’s straight up and is very fast when making pizzas.

  I love coming to Pizza Hut especially on my lunch breaks. They are super fast. Matt the general manager is a super courteous and has amazing customer service skills. It's very pleasant walking in every single time that I order from here.

  We will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Wasn't aware they only use Doordash. My husband opens the door to a woman with 2 small kids(around the ages of 6 to 8yrs old), who was shoo-ing her kids off around the corner so my husband wouldn't see them. We watched the Ring video and sure enough, she had one of the kids with the bag of food slung over his shoulder and he slings it around to hand to the woman and you can see her in the video trying to shoo them away before my husband could open the door. Go figure the brownie box was torn and looked like it was pried open on the right side and the pizza was slung all around in its box. We immediately call the store and was given the run around about getting a refund and the guy had an attitude. My husband had to go up to the store to end up getting a refund and the same guy he talked to was extremely rude saying nothing was wrong with the food. My husband told him he was welcome to eat it then. Another employee came out and said they fired all the delivery drivers and only use Doordash and that no one delivering should have their kids with them, much less handling the food. My husband then asked if the woman came in with her kids to pick up the food to which there was nothing but silence at that point. No one would answer that question. I'm sure their store video would answer whether they were with her when she picked the food up or if she left them in the car by themselves. My husband asked for the district managers number or corporate and they played dumb like they didnt know how to get in touch with them. I understand if its a single mama trying to make a living, but kids should not be there for deliveries, and should not be handling the food. And shame on Pizza Hut for letting a 3rd party deliver food when it puts their reputation on the line because you have no idea whos delivering that food or what they do to that food between the time it leaves the store and arrives at the home. They are not Pizza Hut employees and they do not care.
