You cannot expect one person to handle it during a 50% off sale. We had to wait but the gentleman was working his butt off. I am giving him a 5 start review .

Separately, how do your drivers drive around without ANY change? I will not be ordering from you again.
- SHSarah HopperJun 23, 20261.0I placed an order for delivery on 5/24; the pizza was horrible the dough was over worked and nearly raw. So I went on the Papa John’s website and gave a review. Someone from the store decided to call me about the issue at 10:43 PM on the evening of the 25th. Like a lot of people I was sleeping, they left a message and said they could make the order again that they had received a batch of bad dough. Since being contacted at nearly 11:00 pm I called corporate on the 26th requesting a full refund. It is June 23, 2026 I have spoken with the corporate office a total of five times over the last month. They call the store, tell them to process the refund and tell the manager to contact me. The manager never does. When I called corporate today they attempted to contact the store and few times and no one would pick up. I was told again to give it another 48 hours. For reference one of the pizzas was pan crust, you can see from the photo it is as flat as the pizza box.
