I’m currently in the hospital and I was craving pizza SO badly. I just wanted a good pizza, so I decided to order Papa John’s. Before placing my order, I actually went online and read the reviews. I saw the mixed reviews and thought, “You know what? Let me try my luck and see how it goes.” 😩 Well… let me tell y’all. DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. I ordered a pepperoni stuffed-crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and spinach. And when I tell you this pizza broke my heart… 😂😭 There was NO cheese pull. The spinach looked crusted on top instead of actually melted into the pizza. The entire pizza was falling apart, and the presentation was just… HORRIBLE. Like, this pizza looked like it had been through something before it even got to me. 😂 And honestly, I’m sitting here in the hospital not feeling well, and I could literally cry. I wasn’t asking for much. I just wanted a GOOD, hot, cheesy pizza to make me feel a little better. Instead, Papa John’s said, “Here, have some disappointment with a side of sadness.” 😭😂 Needless to say, my craving is still undefeated. 🍕💔

Love papa John’s pizza but that grumpy lady up front needs to go. She was so rude for no reason. I walked in, smiled, and not only did she not even look at me, she walked away from me! The only words out of her mouth was “name” and then a disgusted “what” when she didn’t hear me. Hands me the boxes, I say thank you, and once again she says nothing. Get a new job lady!

I see why I stayed away from. Papi John's all of these years. I ordered a pizza tonight. It came hot. But the pizza was the worst. It was very bland, no flavor at all. The sauce was horrible. Pebbles of sausage. The crust was so thick and doey with no crust. That is a horrible sad way to say that is pizza. They should just close that place down. And stop selling people mess. Get some real flavorful ingredients!

The food was awesome but ther service was even better. You had one gentleman prepping, cooking, and cashing out. Schedule the man some help. You cannot expect one person to handle it during a 50% off sale. We had to wait but the gentleman was working his butt off. I am giving him a 5 start review .

Just ordered a pizza and boneless wings…hope do you think they did on the wings? My score is a 0 for the wings. Only thing that saved it was the pizza was alright. Photo is posted in the photos tab for the store **
