- AAAnn Albro-Mathieu3 days ago2.0It seems that every time we order take out (about once a week), the order has something wrong with it. Typically, they don't know what extra ice means. Ten puny ice cubes floating around in a medium iced coffee for about five minutes until they melt is nowhere near extra ice. I can't even imagine what a regular amount of ice is. Often, they get either the meat or bread wrong on sandwich orders, but today they just sucked. The $6 meal deal was supposed to be the breakfast sandwich on a croissant, but it was instead was two turkey rollups and no hash browns. And of course, the iced coffee had its paltry ten pea sized iced cubes and no butter pecan. Just a little cream and nothing else. I understand it gets busy at times, but they literally only have one job at the pick up line - put the right order in the right bag. After we got home and emptied the bag, there was a receipt in the bottom with a totally different order - which included a plain iced coffee and those turkey wraps. Very disappointing that you can't get what you pay for.

And everytime I get a coffee from this location, I waste my money and time and end up throwing it away! It’s disgusting and I’ve tried having someone “remake it” just for them to make it the exact same way! I’ve ordered the same exact coffee going on 6 years now all over the country! No one has this much of a problem making my coffee! I literally get regular everything but extra ice… how hard is that? And they give it to me DARK AF! Smh! I’ll drive a couple more minutes down the road from now on to a different location. Don’t waste your money or time going here! They’re always in a rush no matter the time of day or what the lines look like. I also use to work at a Dunkin’ Donuts when I was a teenager and I’m lost for words for this location! Except DO BETTER! Wish they had a ZERO star option!
