The girl making the food was also taking the money and touching the credit card machine, then going to make the next order without changing her gloves. She was grabbing the ingredients with The dirty gloves Also folding burritos. I literally couldn’t believe what I was seeing. I had to walk out. all the food was contaminated at that point. The workers should really be properly trained in food safety because it was super gross we couldn’t even eat there and won’t be back.

One of the employees there came up, asking me about my order, and I was trying to explain that I was there to pick it up, and she rudely asked me “What’s the name?”. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but that’s no way to be treating a customer who’s picking up their Chipotle order for the first time. I thought it would’ve been on the shelf, like the app said, and when it wasn’t it felt like I was being treated like an idiot by the worker there. I wish I could’ve gotten her name to point her out on here, but if this is how the employees there will be treating customers coming in there for the first time, then I see no reason why I should come back there for another order in the future.

This food is a really good take on Mexican food and I really like to customize my bowl. My only complaint about my burrito is that they filled it up so full that it was hard to stuff in my mouth! I will be going back there often!
