  Bad experience. Super slow, the workers are rude. And some of the toppings(Queso, Guacamole) looked like it had been sitting there for a long time(didn’t taste right either). The food wasn’t terrible but the service was. Lady with the chin hair was very not happy to be there.

  I guess I was lucky to come in when there was only one patron in front of me so I only waited a few mins but afterward it went downhill quick. There was a guy walking in right when I started eating and he was still in line after I finished eating. There were 6 employees total on a Saturday afternoon and the girl with the glasses on the front line was not getting any backup. I felt bad for her because I think she was trying her best. She was one of the few Chipotle employees who actually listened to my protein type and didnt ask me again 10 seconds later as most do. Finally, the grill operator had to step away to assist. There needs to be a trainer/manager here at all times to help the flow. Also why are the prices higher here than the SR 100 location? I'll probably go back to that one moving forward.

  I had a mobile order I placed through the app. My time to be ready was 2 pm. I pulled to the digital mobile pick up line at 1:58. Waited just a moment and was asked my name and my food was promptly brought to me, exactly as ordered in a sealed bag. It was the right temperature and was very good. This restaurant just opened and from what I can see it has a lot of young employees, for many it may be their first job ever! The good was flavored well. Perfect portions. I would encourage anyone who went in the early days to give them another chance. And of course, if you’ve never worked food service, (or even if you have!) extend some grace to those serving and learning.

  They can’t wrap a burrito to save their life. Came home with my online order and the foil wasn’t completely wrapped over the burrito and it all fell apart as soon as I unwrapped the foil. The white rice was plain. No cilantro or lime juice. And they are not friendly/welcoming. Also we ordered 2 entires. I received 2 napkins. What a joke. Based off these reviews just go to the 100 location. Even though that one is hit or miss. What a shame

  First off i ordered online to pick up which went smoothly and order was correct. Thats about the ONLY thing this place got right. Wish I could post a picture of the food. The chicken in every piece of food was inedible. Dry, hard, seemed like a week old and tasted strange. IN THE KIDS MEAL...THE TANGERINE HAD BLACK MOLD ON IT AND INSIDE IT. WISH I COULD POST A PIC. I emailed corporate, along with a picture, heard NOTHING from them. Will NEVER go to this place again. YUK, JUST YUK!!!! *as stated in review I did contact them directly and heard nothing back. So.....
