  First of all this place is always out of something. I believe that if you do not have what I came in for when it is what you offer on the menu, discounts should be provided, but no they do not hold that courtesy. I came in around 8 one night and they were out of steak and chicken al pastor. The place closes at 11, id understand if it was close to closing but it was 3 hours before closing. Second of all when they do have chicken half of the time i find pieces of cartilage in it. Third of all I don’t want 50% sour cream, I don’t know who taught the workers how to scoop sour cream but I end up with soup whenever I ask for it. I don’t recommend giving them any business until they can get it under control and maybe hire some people with competence.

  Alex and Amberly at this location my girlfriend and I’s experience an easy 12/10 they were so patient and so friendly and very helpful🙏 and the food was top tier as well!! Yall are awesome keep doing what ur doing :D

  Upon arrival there were 2 other customers in front of me-not a big deal. It then took 15 minutes just for me to get up to the counter to order. While waiting I observed the person cooking touch their phone and adjust their AirPod with gloves on then proceed to chop up chicken wearing said gloves. They were then out of the new chipotle honey chicken, which is what I went there for, again not a big deal I got regular chicken. I then get home already not happy with my experience and no exaggeration within the first 5 bites I bite into an avocado stem-and no I didn’t order guac. In the next 2 bites I then discovered a hair. Very disappointed with the leadership at this location. Please revisit proper procedures for food handling and hygiene.

  This place is salmonella on steroids the area where they make the online orders is absolutely deplorable. Disgusting is an understatement. The manager DOES NOT CARE. She will be quick to tell you to call the 1-800 CHIPOTLE number for a refund. Because the US absolutely NOTHING SHE CAN DO TO HELP. NOT EVEN HER OVER WORKED AND UNDER STAFFED EMPLOYEES. They are desperate for pay and they are young so they will endure until the find something better. I will be submitting the photos and videos I took today to the health department.

  I hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully this helps make someone’s experience better. We came for lunch today 4/9 at 3:45pm est. Nobody really in the restaurant so we figured it would be quick and easy order and go. First we noticed there was no cilantro in the white rice and when we asked to add it to our bowls, the only lady working that I think was the manager seemed very annoyed that we asked for cilantro but she got it for us. Then we went to pay and she again seemed annoyed that we asked for the kids orange and kids juice with the kids meal since she didn’t ask if we wanted chips or orange. Once we paid and got our drink cups - we found that the berry agua Fresca was out, and allllllll the soda options were out. When asked if we could just get a bottled coke instead or a poppy again she just seemed very annoyed that we were even asking her. While we were here only 4 people came in so they definitely weren’t busy but they didn’t bother to replace any of the sodas for the next guests. There’s 3 people working so it seems like plenty to handle the 4 people that walked in. Hope she’s just having a bad day but dang.
