Chick-fil-A is known for excellent customer service and food quality, but unfortunately that has not been my experience at this restaurant. Nearly every time I visit, especially during the evening hours, the service is disappointing. Customers are often not greeted, the drive-thru line moves extremely slowly, and the restaurant frequently appears understaffed or managed primarily by younger employees without enough supervision or support. What is most frustrating is that even after waiting 15–20 minutes in line, the food quality is still poor. The most consistent issue is the fries. On multiple visits, I have received fries that tasted old, stale, or as if they had been sitting for a long time. Most recently, I politely mentioned that I seem to receive old fries almost every time I visit. The employee relayed my concern to the kitchen, but the response from some of the staff was disappointing. One employee handed over the fries and sarcastically said, “Well, I had just dropped them, but here you go.” The interaction came across as annoyed and dismissive rather than customer-focused. I have visited many Chick-fil-A locations over the years and have rarely had issues. This is the only location where poor customer service and poor food quality have become a consistent pattern. That is what makes this experience so disappointing, especially since it is the closest Chick-fil-A to me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. I am not leaving this review simply to complain—I would genuinely like to see improvements in both customer service and food quality so that this location reflects the standards Chick-fil-A is known for.

After getting home and sitting down to eat, I discovered a penny mixed in with my fries. Finding a coin in my food is not only disgusting, but also raises a serious food-safety concern. I have no idea where the penny had been or how it ended up in my food. I immediately tried calling the restaurant to report the issue, but the phone continued to ring and there was no option to leave a voicemail. I have photos documenting what I found and my purchase can be verified through my debit card transaction. I would really like management to look into how something like this could have happened and follow up with me.
