NO one answered. I had to call another location to get them to contact the manager, who then called me and verified what I ordered was not in the cooler and was never made. He assured me they would give me a refund the next day when their bookkeeper came in, and said it would be in my bank by the weekend. I waited a week and tried to call, which again, NO ONE answered, shocking I know. I even tried reaching out to the manager on their personal cell they had called me from and was ghosted. I then spent the next three weeks proving all this to cooperate with the screen shots of call logs, texts, & receipts. After OVER a month of this, they want to give me a gift card to shop with them instead of my promised refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE, Waste of money and ZERO customer service. I have been more than patient giving them just over a month to correct this mistake and have been completely lied to and ghosted. They do not care about their customers all they want is your money. Color me shocked. (eye roll)

Second communicated that they didn’t have the items we ordered or they didn’t have half of the toppings for another item but could order other stuff. Everything we tried to order, they said they didn’t have. When the dashed communicated what they said they had, it was then followed by they didn’t. We tried to cancel our order so we weren’t wasting dashers time. Baskin said if we cancelled, we would still be charged full price for an item that was missing multiple toppings. Tried to call multiple times and no one answered. Terrible, will never recommend this place to anyone

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
