- KFKat FernandezJun 22, 20261.0I have been fighting with them for over a month to get a refund for a cake they messed up. I never got what I ordered and had to call the location over 60x. NO one answered. I had to call another location to get them to contact the manager, who then called me and verified what I ordered was not in the cooler and was never made. He assured me they would give me a refund the next day when their bookkeeper came in, and said it would be in my bank by the weekend. I waited a week and tried to call, which again, NO ONE answered, shocking I know. I even tried reaching out to the manager on their personal cell they had called me from and was ghosted. I then spent the next three weeks proving all this to cooperate with the screen shots of call logs, texts, & receipts. After OVER a month of this, they want to give me a gift card to shop with them instead of my promised refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE, Waste of money and ZERO customer service. I have been more than patient giving them just over a month to correct this mistake and have been completely lied to and ghosted. They do not care about their customers all they want is your money. Color me shocked. (eye roll)

We tried to cancel our order so we weren’t wasting dashers time. Baskin said if we cancelled, we would still be charged full price for an item that was missing multiple toppings. Tried to call multiple times and no one answered. Terrible, will never recommend this place to anyone

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
