I live in town, and my kids love Chipotle. This was my first time visiting this location, and honestly, I was extremely disappointed.
This is probably one of the dirtiest and most poorly maintained restaurants I’ve ever seen. The location has only been open for a couple of months, yet the tables were dirty, There were only a couple of customers in line, while several employees were standing around doing nothing.
Where was the manager? This level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable, especially for a brand-new location in Palm City. The dining area was so dirty that it made me concerned about the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
Management needs to take this seriously and address these issues immediately. This location definitely needs some attention.
VERY DISGUSTING — MEAT WAS RAW WITH BLOOD STILL INSIDE.
This was my first time visiting this Chipotle, and I was excited because it’s a newer location. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start.
The customer service was poor. The employee preparing my kids’ meals didn’t seem to be in a good mood, which I didn’t hold against him at first because everyone has off days. But as the meals were being made, they were prepared differently than the Chipotle on Gatlin. Instead of politely explaining the difference, he and the older woman with glasses at the register mumbled comments under their breath.
When I asked for tomato salsa, he poured hot salsa instead. I corrected him, and he told me I needed to “realize what I’m saying.” I explained again that I’m used to my home Chipotle on Gatlin, apologized, and mentioned they do things differently there. Even after that, he continued making comments under his breath.
On top of the rude service, the chicken in my bowl was slimy and clearly undercooked — raw with blood still inside. That made the meal not just disappointing, but unsafe. The store itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the combination of rude customer service and poorly prepared food made my first visit extremely unpleasant.

Went to this Chipotle today and the place was disgusting. Been here a few times and it’s always subpar but today was the final straw.
The food line was dirty with food everywhere while they were still serving. All three trash bins were completely full and overflowing — nobody was emptying them.
Only one person was working the entire burrito line and taking payments at the same time, so service was extremely slow even though there was almost no line.
The final straw: I ordered kids cheese quesadillas and received a plain tortilla with cold, unmelted shredded cheese inside. Not even heated.
This location needs serious attention to cleanliness and staffing.
This is for the gentleman working the cash register on April 14th around 7-7:30pm. I want to give a shoutout to the employee working the cash register. Our pickup order took way longer than expected, and when we finally received it, it was missing several items. Even though the situation was frustrating, he was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. He took the time to help us get everything sorted out and made sure we were taken care of. His customer service really stood out and made a frustrating experience much better. Thank you for being so helpful!

Received my to-go order only to find barely enough rice to even cover the bottom of their bowl and only 12 chunks of chicken in my entire bowl (I counted). There's no way 12 bite sized chunks equate to a true Chipotle serving size. Learned my lesson and will drive further to the Monterey location from now on.
