  Walked into chipotle. The food line was filthy. One person was working in the food line for one family with multiple orders four other employees in the back doing something, but one thing was not customer service. No one jump on the food line to help at all until after 7 minutes when other people start to come. A staff member using the gloves to take money and prepare food after was unacceptable. A staff member sweeping while severing food. Left because this was disgusting. Susan the general manager needs to do more training with her staff.

  Food is alright but dang these employees need to learn how to smile. Poor customer service but not unexpected at Chipotle.

  The portion inconsistency at this location is truly ridiculous. I ordered 3 bowls through the app and the portion I received on one of them was absolutely pathetic.

  Well we arrived back to Palm City from our summer home up north. Chipotle opened while we were away. So today, around 5:00, we went over to check it out and order food to go. We walked through the door and all the tables were full of crumbs and food and hadn't been wiped clean. There was just as much food all over the floor. Not too familiar with Chipotle so we went up to read the choices and I looked down at the food display to figure out what I wanted to order. All the food was dry and clinging to the sides of the stainless steel containers. The counter that the containers are set in, also were all filled with food. I turned around to my husband and said I am not eating here. Instead of the gentlemen standing there waiting to take an order. Why doesn't he stir up each container of food to keep it looking fresh and moist and wipe off the outsides where all the food was sitting. It wasn't busy at all and I think you better get a whole new crew and manager and have someone of authority and experience to run this place before it is a vacant building.

  I don’t understand why every time I ask for a full scoop, the employee fills the scoop and then shakes half of it back into the container. If I’m paying for a full portion, why am I getting half a scoop? This happens repeatedly and is very frustrating.
