  Our favorite spot in Palm Beach without question is Florie’s inside the Four Seasons. At this point we literally call it “Haci’s place” between ourselves 😄 Whenever we say “Let’s go to Haci’s place for pizza,” everyone already knows exactly where we mean. Everything we ordered was exceptional from start to finish. The quality, presentation, atmosphere, and service are all on another level. The beef tartare was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly balanced flavors, incredibly fresh, and the crispy topping added the perfect texture. Simple, elegant, and executed flawlessly. The burrata and green vegetable salad was unbelievably fresh and light. The peas, greens, citrus notes, and creamy burrata worked together perfectly. Turning a simple dish into something memorable takes real talent. The lamb was easily one of the best dishes of the night. Cooked perfectly, incredibly tender, and paired with an amazing sauce. The tomatoes and olives completed the dish without overpowering it. Truly fine dining quality. The cocktails were also excellent, especially the floral pink cocktail, which looked beautiful and tasted even better. The macarons and chocolate dessert at the end were the perfect finish to the evening. The ambiance is another huge part of the experience. Warm lighting, elegant tables, relaxed luxury atmosphere… it honestly feels like being somewhere on the Italian coast rather than Palm Beach. But honestly, the biggest reason this place stands out is Haci himself. You can immediately tell the restaurant is being managed by someone who truly understands hospitality. Everything feels smooth, organized, welcoming, and high-end without being pretentious. He creates an experience, not just a dinner. Palm Beach has many luxury restaurants, but Florie’s is one of the rare places where literally everything consistently delivers. Highly recommended.

  We typically do The Circle at The Breakers for Mother's day and were very curious as to how Florie's would compare and it was absolutely phenomenal. Less space and slightly more cramped, but it's cozy and intimate. Food was fantastic, loved the seafood display, meats/fish, and dessert section. Service is your typical Four Seasons, super friendly and took care of everything we needed. Only complaint would be the AC seemingly going out towards the end of our meal. I would assume it's not typically got this much in/out traffic right at the restaurant. Absolutely recommend if you're looking to a buffet alternative to The Breakers for events.

  We had the opportunity to experience a variety of items from the menu, including small dishes, drinks, and desserts and every single one of them exceeded our expectations. Everything was executed with precision and exceptional taste. The overall experience was so impressive that we’re already thinking about when we can come back. In fact, next time we’re planning to visit for lunch to explore a different side of the menu. A special mention to the assistant manager Hacı, who took outstanding care of us throughout the evening. His professionalism, genuine passion for his work, and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. The same level of excellence was reflected across the entire team, every staff member was attentive, well-trained, and highly engaged. Being addressed by name by different team members created a very personalized and premium atmosphere. This is a place we would return to again and again without hesitation, and confidently recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. An exceptional restaurant in every aspect.

  This was a fabulous place from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. We were greeted immediately and shown to the table we requested. Service was professional and friendly without being intrusive. The atmoshphere was classy and quiet; And the food! We had tuna tartare which was perfectly seasoned and the fresh homemade bread and dipping oil were exquisite. (My husband is a baker in France and we are bread snobs.) The swordfish and lamb chops were cooked to perfection, not dry at all. The brussel sprouts and mashed sides were perfect. And the key lime pie was classic yet uniquely done with a crispy meringue. And an extensive wine list of course. Both a multicourse feast and a simple high quality meal are possible here; And we felt welcome to make any choice. We will be back and you won't be sorry if you go!

  J’ai tout adoré ! Le cadre est magnifique, nous étions sur la terrasse au bord de la piscine, nous voulions sortir de la frénésie de la ville durant le boat show. Nous avions le prix de la mer en fond. Le service est impeccable, le pain offert en début de service divin. Tous les plats étaient merveilleusement bons et l’hôtel de toute beauté. Un 10/10 🙏🏼
