- NAN Agr6 days ago5.0A very nice place among trees, a very pleasant building outside and inside. Nice flowers everywhere. We spent a very good time for dinner. We greatly appreciated the tuna tartare, octopus and steak tartare as starters, then the swordfish and the lamb were very well prepared such as the fish of the day. We were no longer hungry, but enjoying the food and curious, we asked for deserts : the marvellous lime pie and other brownie . A candle was even added for a birthday ! Thank you very much for this great moment ! Hope we can come back.

After my proposal on the beach we returned to our cabana dinner where we were had a champagne toast and a customized menu for us. Mauricio was our server and he was honestly the BEST! Not only did he make our experience so special for us, he truly became a friend. Lauren (apologies on my spelling) the chef introduced himself to us despite how busy he was. Every single dish he prepared from start to finish was AMAZING. He has a real talent. This was truly a night I’ll never forget. Go here, request Mauricio for your server, and enjoy amazing food! I promise, you won’t regret it!

The restaurant itself is gorgeous, elegant without feeling overly formal, and the atmosphere feels very Palm Beach. The service was warm, attentive, and polished from beginning to end. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can definitely feel the level of hospitality you expect from the Four Seasons, but it still feels relaxed enough to actually enjoy yourself. Between the food, service, and atmosphere, Florie’s is absolutely somewhere I’d come back to.
