  They are so inconsistent with the level of service and quality of food they serve. They rush you through the drive-through when you are placing an order not allowing you to change your order at drive thru window for example if they get it wrong they won’t change forcing you to buy food you won’t eat or order. If they hand you the wrong sauce & you touch it they won’t take it back because you touch it like which I don’t understand as some of the employees at this location aren’t the sharpest. The service can be nice if they just slowed it down and listened to customer also depends on the attitude of who working is like they bring their own personal issues to work taking it out on the customer who literally pays their salary. Very poor attitude over all with the entire staff. They need to literally replace the whole staff & be nice to customer to turn it around as the manager is not in control.

  Never, I mean never…. Go inside instead of through the drive thru. You will wait an hour + for your food. Just wait in the long line. Trust.

  Honestly, outside of the young girl who works late shifts on Monday nights .. everyone on night shifts need to be retrained. Orders are always wrong and the lines are always excessive due to this.

  I asked for a refund for one item that I was allowed to order but then was told was unavailable. The manager proceeded to try to yank the tray of food from my hand and said the only way he would refund me is if I gave back everything from my order. I didn’t ask for a full refund, just the item they did not make. Proceeded to get smug and take a threatening stance.

  Ordered the number 2 with three soft taco supremes, my total was $11.71, which that price alone for 3 tacos and a drink is reason enough not to go Taco Bell, but beyond that they only gave me 25 cents of the 29 cents I was owed. Now 4 cents isn't much, but 4 cents to an individual means a whole lot more than 4 cents to a mega corporation. So if they're gonna pretend pennies are already gone then they should pass the meager savings onto the customer instead of stealing it for themselves.
