    Rude lady who seems to be owner or manager. She refused an handicapped man with a service dog who literally seemed to be physically challenged. I will not come back as long as she is employed there.

    Sandwich ordered was missing mayo, oil and vinegar. I contacted store and rude lady stated they could add mayo but I wanted to bring old sandwich back and have a new fresh one made due to the fact mayo would not be spread on sandwich like it would’ve if no condiments were on it. . She was very rude stated she wasn’t making me a new sandwich. I asked for her manager she stated she doesn’t have a manager . She also stated she didn’t have time to talk on the phone. I informed her I would be contacting corporate. All I wanted was a freshly new made sandwich. 10 min late I arrived at store with old sandwich … younger guy was willing to replace sandwich after I showed him sandwich and what was missing. The same rude lady with glasses came out the back screaming (same lady I spoke to on phone) don’t make her a new sandwich. I asked for my money back and she threw receipt to me. Not once was I rude to her. The receipt didn’t say refund on it so I asked her to show me where my money was refunded on receipt. She call me stupid and stated “you didnt go to school “.She threatened to call the police on me and I told her I’d wait for the police to come but she didn’t have the guts to call them bc she was in the wrong. Please DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I don’t see what the problem was, you didnt make my order correct and all she had to do was replace and keep old sandwich. She kept saying i received 30% off sandwich, which was due to my discount through subway app. What does that matter? As long as she is there , I will never eat from this subway

    What a terrible location with rude managers! I ordered a foot long sub for pick up on the door dash app. When I added the sub to my cart, it automatically added a second sub because there was a bogo deal on certain subs. I arrive to pick up my sub and find that my order was cancelled because that location simply doesn’t accept coupons or applied promotions. So I explain to the manager that the app automatically added the promotion, and told him they should remove that from their door dash so that it’s not cancelling people’s orders. He got so aggressive with me saying it was online only and he didn’t accept coupons… I tried to point out that I wasn’t even arguing for the free sandwich, just noting that their ordering app needed fixed. He continued to argue with me, but hilariously, another customer walked in and joined in the conversation telling me about how rude these subway owners /managers are. He told to be glad the female manager wasn’t there, she is supposedly much worse. Needless to say, we will no longer be patrons of this subway.

    The lady that works here is very rude!! she has no great customer service skills at all. She walked away with an attitude in the middle of her making my sub all because I asked her to toast my sandwich first before putting the meat on it. Every time I come she has an attitude, I will never spend my money at this location again.

    I've been here plenty of times.. But this week a few times more since it's not far from the Hospital.. The owner and that employee (guy) was on point.. The sub was fresh and it was delicious everytime.. Excellent..
