It’s our experience that most people who work at Subway are usually unhappy and overworked. But we met Ebony who was great at what she does. She made sure our food was as we like it and she have great customer service! I hope this Subway appreciates her contribution. Thank you Ebony, we shall make this our new stop!!

They almost never acknowledge me when I walk in, and in fact today the lady walked away to go to the back for a minute after I had just walked in and walked up to the counter. No hello, no be right back, just walked away. When she came back, no eye contact, no hello - just what can I get you.
