  Went for a late lunch with my daughter. I know it was Monday at 2pm. Can't say enough good things about this place. DYING TO GO BACK FOR DINNER. Authentic Chinese to American Chinese and sushi bar. A little Something for all pallets. Ordered 6 dishes and the umami was there. Did not disappoint. Highly recommended. Great for larger parties (family style dining). The proprietor was second to none. She was great.

  It was either Italian or Asian so we picked Asian cuisine for lunch and think we were all happy with our choice. We started with the Peking duck which was big enough for the 3 of us. The duck was cooked perfect and enjoyed the sauce it came with. Ended up getting the Mongolian beef and it was delicious with the meat being tender. One note, if you don’t like super spicy, do not eat the peppers, they were scorching. We sat outside as well and enjoyed the water views from the parking lot, Overall we enjoyed the meal and will come back up for a business lunch in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

  I’m writing to express gratitude to Red Phoenix and its new management for the amazing customer service they provided my mother and aunt about a week ago. Normally I only write reviews for restaurants I’ve tried, but being out of state I want to highlight the care given to my family members. My mother wanted to treat my aunt and had wanted to try Red Phoenix for some time for dim sum and sushi. Evidently the day they were going only a special menu was available. My aunt is vegetarian, so my mother wanted to ensure she could be served food she could eat. Initially my mother was told no, so they were going to try another venue. She was surprised when 5 minutes later she received a call from the restaurant - via caller id, since she had left no number, to assure her they would make the full menu available to my aunt with the vegetarian options she needed. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the staff immediately asked who was needing the vegetarian options and provided my aunt the full menu. Both ladies enjoyed a delicious lunch. The staff told them the restaurant was under new management, who was committed to meeting and accommodating customer needs. Based on the excellent customer care my mother and aunt received, I’d say those goals are being met. Thanks so much!! I look forward to dining at Red Phoenix on my next visit to Florida!

  Stopped into this dim sum restaurant and the har gow were delicate with translucent wrappers the siu mai were plump and juicy and the xiao long bao burst with hot savory broth the carts kept rolling with fresh bamboo steamers and the staff was super friendly and kept my teapot full without me asking. I been telling all my friends about this gem and I am definitely coming back for the char siu bao and egg tarts next time.

  We made a reservation for Sunday for outdoor dining. First of all we were sat near the old rundown bar with fake green plants hanging on a bar above it and it was filthy dirty , which was very unappealing to look at as it look like it hadn’t been used in years. The table cloths were black plastic so when the drinks were on the table there was a puddle of water. Our server was a young guy. He was really nice and he did a good job. However, we sat for an entire 45 minutes before our food came. The server came over and said to us that the kitchen was running really slow and asked us if we wanted to put in any sushi because that comes up quicker than regular food. We declined his offer as we do not eat sushi. Approximately 10 minutes after that, our food did arrive the food was decent traditional Chinese food. What was highly disappointing was the rice my husband ordered the egg fried rice which was dry and I think had two pieces of egg in it. It was brown in color, which was very unappealing like it had been sitting on the counter for the evening and they just heated it up in the microwave and that was an additional $3.00 dollars, WHY??? I ordered white rice with mine, which was dry as well, but at least that wasn’t an additional three dollars. I ordered a cocktail earlier and I do not think there was very much alcohol in it and it was $16. There was also live music, which was just awful. I felt like I was at a Chinese restaurant that had the worst karaoke music, but it wasn’t karaoke that I’ve ever heard beyond the worst music and the speakers were not in sync outside so you could hear the terrible music over the person singing. It was just awful.
