  So I tried the new cheesy garlic bread and let's just say, if I knew that they use slice cheese and just a sprinkle of shredded cheese then I would have never ordered this. It was not good and you could taste the slice cheese difference in the bread, it was not really any garlic taste to the bread at all. Big disappointment

  If u want ur pizza on time... dont go to this location... placed a pickup for 3 pizzas... and had to wait a VERY long time. They lost other people's pizza including one of my own.Placed the order at 540pm... Email said the pizzas would be ready latest...6:07pm and it wasnt ready until 640pm. They need to figure this location out cuz thats rediculous. .

  Have been buying papa John’s pizza for over 15 years but this location is the one and only to try and scam and ask for $ for tiny red pepper flakes that NO pizza place ever charges for. Maybe it was just the 3 poorly trained employees but no wonder papa John’s file for bankruptcy and closing >300 stores. Hope this is one of them.

  The staff is amazing and the service is always great here. But someone had the stupid idea to have someone from another country take my pizza order…. Papa John’s hear me now… it’s better to have he people in the store take my food order then to save money for n your bottom line. You cheap sorry excuse for executives!

  Placed an online order at this location as I've done many times. Lately they've been messing up my order one way or another. Last night I was fed up and decided enough was enough. I ordered a large 3-topping pizza with sausage, deli pepperoni and extra cheese. When I arrived to pick it up and opened the pizza inside the store it was an all pepperoni pizza. After bringing this to they're attention they begin to chatter about it and one employee (a white male with a short neck/shoulder length bob) became sneaky and responded "I don't see what the problem is." He also asked me a few minutes later what order I was there for and I told him in which he grabbed the incorrect pizza off the rack and then told another employee to make what was supposed to be the corrected pizza with just sausage and extra cheese instead of using up more ingredients. What!? You guys ruined my pizza causing me to have to wait longer and putting the correct ingredients I paid for is a problem? Get rid of these careless employees. I ended up not getting what I paid for and was brushed off by the staff although I was calm respectful and visually agitated. Also, on the way out I overheard they ruined another customer's pizza (African American female) they put sauce on her pizza when she requested none. Just careless and I promise you I'm done with papa johns.
