  I want to share my experience at this Papa John’s because I feel the way I was treated was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. There is a lady who works there who was extremely rude to me. There is also a gentleman who works there who has always been nice and respectful, so this is not about everyone at the location. I had just finished playing soccer and was sweating a lot. My girlfriend and I stopped by, and I had taken my shirt off because I was still sweaty from playing. My girlfriend went inside to use the bathroom, and I was waiting for her. The employee came out and asked, in a very rude tone, what we were doing there. I explained that my girlfriend was just using the bathroom. She then questioned me about not having a shirt on. I completely understand that this is a business and that they may have rules about customers needing to wear a shirt. I would have had absolutely no problem putting my shirt back on or leaving if she had simply approached me respectfully and explained the policy. Instead, the way she spoke to me and treated me made the situation much worse than it needed to be. She told me to leave, and when I asked for some Parmesan cheese and pepper before leaving, she closed the door. I also asked for her name, and she refused to tell me. I am a paying customer, and I believe every customer should be treated with basic respect. If she had simply said something like, “Sir, I’m sorry, but we require customers to have a shirt on inside the restaurant,” I would have understood and handled it without any issue. The problem was not being asked to leave. The problem was the way I was spoken to and treated. Employees represent the business, and treating customers disrespectfully can leave a very negative impression. I hope management looks into this situation and reminds employees that even when enforcing a store policy, there is a respectful way to communicate with customers.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John’s. I ordered chicken, and when I bit into it, I realized it was undercooked and had visible mold on it. This is a serious food safety issue that should never happen. Not only was the quality unacceptable, but it also made me worry about the cleanliness and food handling practices at this location. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their quality control so no one else has to experience something like this. I definitely won’t be returning

  I do not recommend placing orders here at this store every single time I do an online order and I go to pick up they never have it and also a woman today with my kids was very rude. You’re not a five star restaurant to tell me my kids can’t walk in and out of there. They have issues they need to work on.

  Awesome Pizza and Excellent Wings! Food was ready quickly and tasted fresh, well prepared, and overall good food.

  So I tried the new cheesy garlic bread and let's just say, if I knew that they use slice cheese and just a sprinkle of shredded cheese then I would have never ordered this. It was not good and you could taste the slice cheese difference in the bread, it was not really any garlic taste to the bread at all. Big disappointment
