  it’s really sad that this has become the shitty Panera in the past six months. They put cold items on top of hot food, Don’t know anything about the menu, And honestly, I feel bad because the employees are trying their best, but it’s just another example of corporate being greedy and disgusting and it rubbing off on the employees.

  Recently ordered a tote of coffee online to be picked up the next morning. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was not sitting on the shelf so I went to the register to inquire about it. After standing at the register for several minutes, I realized that no one was actually working at the register. A small group of people, including myself, went to the kitchen window to seek help. After witnessing several other customers complain about how long their food was taking or about missing items, I finally was able to get the attention of one of the employees. When I asked about the status of my order, I was told very rudely that they had not yet received the ticket. At this point, it was already late and I needed to leave so I requested a refund. The employee rolled her eyes at me and went to get a manager. The manager was able to process a refund for me a few minutes later. Generally speaking, I was appalled by the disrespect from the employees and the lack of customer service. I will greatly hesitate to return to this location.
