  I would like to speak to the owner, I’ve been visiting this location for countless years! I’ve been reluctant to give a Review because I was really looking for a positive change my last recent 5 visits have been terrible The customer service from the night shift is beyond the level of poor! Employee so aggravated with helping customers! She’s literally rolling her eyes. Barely answering questions & not consistent with taking the orders, 15 mins before closing she says ok all you can order is what you see here! The level of disrespect is disturbing & disgusting., I spend at least $65 dollars a week at this location & this staff member is bothered by the fact I order banana slips & she doesn’t want to be bothered making them, Even my minor kids pick up on her disrespect! Then she whispers to her coworkers & have those that work under her being nonchalant and rude! I’m just over this behavior it’s so unfortunate this is the only Häagen-Dazs ice cream shop in the PAlm Beach Gardens mall! I really would like to know the company policy on Rendering services 20 minutes prior to closing. This employee by far has the worst attitude!! No customer service skills & feels Entitled, due to the duration of the time she’s been at location! She needs To be retrained! Owner please contact me! I have been a loyal Customer for countless years, me and my family and my friends and my business partners! Her name tag isn’t visible & it reads a slang as a name so I can’t properly list her name! She was there closing on 6:30/2026 7:44pm Approximately! kindness goes a long way!! & this location has gotten out of hand with the behavior.

  The ice cream are delicious, not too sweet, good for talking with friends. Good service too.

  Came in for a milkshake for my fiance, we used to live by the mall and she LOVES the Belgian chocolate shake. Got it, brought it home, it’s chocolate milk for $12. I called 3 times - no answer. Okay. I drag my behind back up there and let the 2 girls working know. They’re nice enough - tell them I want a refund, they offer to remake it and say there’s no manager there to refund me. Okay. They remake it, it’s still chocolate milk. At this point I’m not going to continue to deal with these girls as they can’t help em and I leave. I’m a restaurant GM. If you are going for o leave a building without a manager in it, even an ice cream shop, you have to train the people. There’s no way the quality of the milkshakes has dropped this much in 2 years, they simply just must not know how to make them. It’s straight water. I’ll be calling in the morning to see if I can get ahold of this elusive manager for a refund.

  This is possibly the best ice cream/customer service I’ve ever had….from how perfect and delightful the conversation was, to how sweet the ice cream tasted. Yes the ice cream was fantastic, but what was TRULY fantastic is absolute fine CHARLEY behind the counter. But enough about her….the ice cream is to DIE for and I definitely recommend to anyone who is in the mood for a sweet treat on a hot summer day !!
