- DWDavid Waite6 days ago1.0$13 for a cold burger? What the hell happened to this location. Pre made patties sitting on the edge of the grill? No one at the register to greet, they were playing in the back apparently. I could have went to McDonald’s and got a pre made burger that was sitting around. Never have I seen this concept at a five guys. PS the cheese wasn’t even melted and cold. FFS

This time was awful, ordered a sandwich apparently the girl misheard what I said so, I told her the sandwich was wrong. They said they would remake it. Then they remade it but not the correct sandwich as there were two on the order. By this time I just asked for a refund as one of the girls on the line said what's wrong now we remade it and it was the tone and the smirk. The manager on duty offered to remake it a 3rd time but I saw no point. Just refund me and I will leave. In the end when dealing with customers just remember people see all reactions and all staff not just the manager are to have a standard.

O hambúrguer estava excelente, carne no ponto, pão muito macio e bacon bem crocante. Tudo muito saboroso. Mas o grande destaque do lugar, sem dúvidas, é a batata frita. Ela vem com casca, muito bem temperada, super crocante e em uma quantidade enorme. Facilmente uma das melhores que já comi. O restaurante estava cheio o tempo todo, mostrando que é um lugar bastante procurado. Vale muito a pena conhecer.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
