What's the purpose of doing mobile order and SITTING IN THE SAME LINE as those whose not doing mobile order? So when I arrived to the window one of the girls told the guy to tell me next time I need to stay in the line and say mobile order......this is the first Dunkin that's asked me to do this, so I was unaware. Iced coffee was not good at all and attitudes was meh. I'll stick to my signature Dunkin in Lantana, where their drinks are tasty and service is great!

They were talking over each other on the headset explaining why they were out of something, so I couldnt understand them and had to ask for clarification, and then after we got our drink, I was tasting it before we pulled away since it wasn't clear if they got it right and through the window they screamed "GO! LEAVE! GET OUT OF HERE!" It took me all of 10 seconds to try my drink so that was very uncalled for. We were shocked.

On multiple occasions, she has been rude, hostile, and unprofessional, especially toward teenagers. Idk her name but she is some white lady stud. She recently trespassed my friend from the store without a valid reason and seems to have a personal issue with her. She regularly kicks teenagers out even when they have purchased items and are not causing any problems, while treating regular adult customers differently. She also falsely accuses customers of inappropriate behavior in the bathroom without evidence. In addition, she spoke to police officers and claimed she had authority over the situation when she is not even the general manager. Me personally i think she should get fired. Her behavior creates an uncomfortable and unfair environment, and many people avoid coming to this Dunkin’ because of how she treats customers. I believe this behavior reflects poorly on the store and should be addressed seriously by management.
