  This is for the last review. I am a regular customer here I get a large frozen mocha after work and Kayla and jessy are wonderful they might be busy but they get it done and always respectful I came one time when the kids were there and I indeed know they were smoking and throwing things in the roof so I decided to start coming after school clears out. You guys are awesome!!!!

  This ultra rude worker, idk her name she’s like a stud she’s terrible, yall needa fire her. She kicks people out for no reason even if you buy stuff she says the “lobby is closed” and kicks you out once you get your order. She falsely accuses customers of doing stuff in the bathroom, she banned my friends from entering the store because they were allegedly smoking(neither of them smoke). She also told my friends bf that my friend was cheating on him when she wasn’t. She also one time called the cops on this girl for trying to come in to get her online order and wouldn’t listen when she said she ordered online. I could keep going but I don’t want the review to be overly long anyways manager if ur reading this rethink ur hiring decisions 🙏

  No customer service at all. You stand at the counter with no other customers in there and 5 employees just look at you like they are doing you the favor. Insufferable

  I am a regular customer at this location, sometimes I visit multiple times a day. For the most part, I have excellent interactions with the staff. Especially the slim White girl in the afternoon/weekends, and the slim Black guy with glasses (he works all shifts from what I noticed). However, for the past two weeks, I've been met with hostility and nasty attitude. These repeated negative interactions are with one employee, Carla. She insists that I place my mobile order at least 5mins before arriving, despite my orders always being received and processed immediately through the app. I have yet to arrive at the speaker and my order not be there, even if "just arrived." I have never been rude, complained about service, or caused any issues with my orders. I politely explained that I will continue to use the app at my convenience, yet Carla responded with unnecessary hostility, which feels targeted and unprofessional. I'm a loyal customer, but I'm not putting up with nasty attitudes before I've even had my coffee.. Feel free to ask your employees about the customer that always orders a plain toasted dark buttered bagel with: iced caramel with six caramel & 1 cream. OR my newest change: Caramel creme frozen coffee with 1 coconut, 1 almond. And feel free to check my DD account. I will be in touch with the store manager on Monday, because I don't need my coffee and bagel ruined
