- JJJimJun 16, 20261.0I used to really enjoy your location at 5240 Donald Ross Road, Palm Beach Gardens. It was well-run and consistently clean. However, in the last six to eight months, it’s taken a drastic turn. I’ve been about ten times recently, and every visit has been a disappointment. The new staff is inattentive, they’re often out of napkins, utensils, and food, and the food-serving counters are very sloppy, with food debris left out and never wiped down each time. On my last visit, there was even a bad smell. I hope you can bring this location back to its previous standards. Also I tried to find a way to send feedback you you without giving 1 star review but you only allow AI chat that wouldn’t give option to leave this feed back.take it easier to give you feedback if you truly trying to make your business better.

The workers are the worst I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant and are not acting in the best interests of whoever owns it (let alone the customers). It’s shocking actually. (Edit: apparently Chipotle does not franchise their stores, so this is corporately owned! Wow, would not have expected that. This location’s workers are particularly bad. I wonder why the disparity in quality.)
