  The gentle men at the drive thru window has exceptional customer service. Food always good and he’s very friendly. Give him a raise !

  This is the best bowl I’ve ever got from chipotle. The entirety of the company nationwide should be retrained on the individual who made this bowl. They’re an absolute goat.

  Saying my experience here was horrible is an understatement initially coming in at 9:20pm I could see the line growing but not moving all of the employees instead of serving the customers were cleaning up with the exception of the drive thru. A line of 8 people waiting that weren’t greeted and literally ignored for 20 minutes while the employees refused to make eye contact with any of the frustrated customers in line. It took 30 minutes for me to be able to place my order and when I finally get up to the counter all I get from the girl serving Is a dry and rude what do you want not another word was spoken to me through my visit there.

  One of the best Chipotle's I have ever been to. Dana, the weekday cashier, is so great that I drive further just to stop at this Chipotle for lunch. Keep up the great work.

  I love Chipotle which is why I am so sad to leave this review. My husband and I went to this location at 850pm. When I asked for cheese, the boy behind the counter said we don’t have any. I said I don’t understand you are putting cheese on those take out orders right over there. And his response was…. Oh I’m not allowed to touch their cheese. I then asked to speak to a manager. He was joking around and hanging out with the employees in the corner. He said his name was Wachovia. I asked him why I can’t get cheese. He just shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I said so what’s the solution. And his response was … go order it online and then you can have cheese. I thought he must be joking but he wasn’t. How completely ridiculous. This restaurant closes at 11pm and they intended to have no cheese the rest of the evening and not say a thing to the customers. I told a few people walking in that they had no cheese unless you order it online and they thanked me for telling them. When I told the manager I would be calling corporate and leaving a review, he encouraged me to. If the restaurant was out of cheese and told us ahead of time I would not have been angry. But they were not out of cheese. They just refused to allow every paying customer the option to have it bc it was inconvenient for them. I honestly don’t know if I will ever go back to this location. It’s really a shame bc they do have great food.
