Ordered a bowl with chipotle honey chicken and ordered an extra side of meat to layer above the lettuce. Ate half of the bowl before realizing their was only the extra meat above the lettuce and none below.
- PBPredna BelinJun 9, 20261.0I usually don’t bother doing reviews, but I have time today. I ordered through mobile order so I could pick it up right on time for my break. When I get to the drive through and tell the lady that I’m here to pick up my order, she tells me that I ordered at the wrong location, and that I have to call Chipotle. Mind you I only have 30 min for my break, and I tripled check beforehand to ensure that I order at the right location. I point at my phone to show her that I have the right location, and the lady gave me the nastiest attitude, being snappy and telling me that there is no order to my name. After a couple of minutes, she comes back and tell me that they must have given my order to somebody else. I understand mistakes happen, however, talking to a customer with the nastiest patronizing attitude is not a way to keep them coming to your restaurant. I’ll make sure I call corporate to complain about her attitude because I am sure this is not what they want to be portrayed at their locations. For reference, this happened today June 9, 2026 at 1:50 pm at the mobile pickup lane, so you guys can know who that is and show her to act « professionally » in a professional setting.
