  They lowered the quality. I visited 3 Chipotles in the area and all of them are trying to sell old grayish almost black avocado/guacamole ....that is not good for your stomach. I used to love this place..... can't believe they do this instead of increase the price a little.bit. never again.

  It's a hit or miss. I only do mobile order and the first time was great then the 2nd was ok.. the 3rd there was barely any chicken and it was little tiny pieces like they didn't have any left and gave me the scraping leftover on the cutting board. I will try again bc it's close to my work but just not impressed at all.

  Shoutout to Chipotle for the thrilling scavenger hunt I didn’t ask for. Three stores, all out of food, all staffed by people who looked annoyed that customers even walked in. If the goal was “rude service with empty trays,” mission accomplished. Maybe focus less on flashy promotions and more on actually having the food you advertise.

  I’m only giving 2 stars for service because of the gentleman who originally helped us was very kind and patient….his coworkers on the other hand… I had asked for steak with my bowl which wasn’t ready yet, they said it would take 6 minutes, which I didn’t want to disrupt the line, so I got a different protein obviously but definitely not my usual so I was offered to try some by the gentleman helping us! Again very kind kid- definitely deserves to work in a less chaotic environment- we get to the toppings entirely different coworker- and I load my bowl up, not necessarily with what I said but again, I’m not going to complain. Until they get to my husband’s bowl- to which the person took all of the toppings out of the tray area (I assumed to clean it, that’s understandable, obviously part of the job) but with us still standing there, he walks entirely away….we stood there waiting for our food to be finished until they finished cooking and cutting the steak- this poor kid was entirely by himself with a line that was building, doing his best. He unfortunately overloaded my husband’s bowl with hot sauce so it was primarily hot sauce, but the huge issue here is the common sense that was entirely lost when there is a busy line forming, coworkers that are drowning, and customers that have been waiting. Another coworker emerged from the back, making jokes to the nice kid who was clearly getting impatient with them, and so we’re we, because apparently that was the only person I was waiting on to be able to get the protein I wanted and for this kid to get a little bit of help. If I were management, I’d give him a raise and hire people who actually care, because it was insufferable to go through and I couldn’t imagine working a shift with people that clearly don’t care if I sink or swim.

  My burrito was huge and the staff was very welcoming! This spot is keeping my faith in Chipotle alive!
