His portion size was suited for a toddler, when I asked for a little more chicken (like your CEO said I could) he dug all the way to the bottom and picked out a piece you could grab with chopsticks. Every scoop was tiny and finally I just gave up asking for a decent amount. (Note - the other gentleman that rung me out was very friendly)

Waited to see if things would improve before writing this but they haven’t. The female manager is nasty and rude, and very unpleasant to deal with. Should be fired immediately for how rude she is to customers. Got the saltiest food I’ve ever had and had to take my time to drive back and she argued with me nothing was wrong with it.. yea because I want to waste my time driving back to see her rude self over salty food.. The staff could care less about anything. They just let the food run out instead of having it ready, the location is dirty and not kept clean and see roaches out front. They VERY commonly will stop making food within an hour of closing so don’t bother going late because everything will be gone and the seating will all be up about 2 hours before close. They’ve told me before I shouldn’t get a burrito because no one wanted to roll them. Stopped today and they weren’t making burritos at all.. at a burrito restaurant.. it’s always something. This spot sucks, parking does too, go elsewhere.
