- SGSa’mesha Grace3 days ago1.0I decided to come in today around lunch time and there wasn’t any chicken, steak, or fajitas on the line. The employee went to go ask the manager how long, waited extra 30 minutes because that’s what they told me. And He said It will be ready by then and it still wasn’t on the line very disappointed.

When I arrived at the restaurant to get the missing items I was met with quite possibly the most unfriendly, unconcerned employee ever. Mistakes happy, I get it, but at least TRY to act like you care. If there was a manager or supervisor on duty they didn't make an effort to ensure quality control or to make it right. Terrible experience and won't bother with them again.

Everything was fine until we started eating and found so much chicken gristle in our food...we kept having to spit it out and it was so gross we could not finish our meal. I walked up and reported it to the manager who only offered to re-make our food. Why would I want more gristle and low quality food. I will never eat at this mall location again and so thankful we did not get sick from it later that night...BEWARE..
