- LTLori ThompsonAug 16, 20265.0I have been coming to the Café Bistro at Nordstrom for 16 years, and one of the biggest reasons I continue to come back is Ashley Stern. I met Ashley when I first started dining here all those years ago, and from day one, she has always taken such wonderful care of us. She remembers us, knows what we like, is incredibly attentive, and always makes us feel genuinely welcome. After 16 years, seeing Ashley feels less like having a server and more like being greeted by an old friend. While I have noticed some changes in the food over the years and would love to see the Café Bistro return to the quality and consistency it was once known for, the service Ashley provides has never changed. She is warm, professional, caring, and consistently goes above and beyond. Employees like Ashley are incredibly valuable, especially in a business where great service can be the very reason a longtime customer keeps coming back. She has certainly been that person for us, and Nordstrom is very lucky to have her. Five stars for Ashley — she has earned every single one of them over the past 16 years!

- NTNicola TurnerMay 29, 20261.0I was highly disappointed that the café changed their menu. I've been coming here for years just for their steaks and fresh ground burgers. We'll, they eliminated the steaks and replaced the burger with 2 4ounce patties that are DRY!!!! They also eliminated the creme brulee. Please go back to the regular menu. If it stays with all the changes, sadly this will be the last time I eat at any Nordstrom Cafe Bistro.
