If you ever get the chance you have to try Brio. We were there for happy hour and we ordered the sausage, pepperoni and ricotta flat bread pizza. Also the fried calamari. Both were excellent. The Brio old fashioned was just ok but you can't beat the service. Our bartender was Deiry C. and she was wonderful. Will definitely be back when we are back in town.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Brio Italian Grille. What was supposed to be a special Mother’s Day dinner turned into a complete disappointment from start to finish. The service was extremely slow and disorganized, and management showed little to no concern about the issues customers were experiencing.
Several menu items and even basic drinks like lemonade were unavailable. After ordering spaghetti and meatballs, only half a bowl of spaghetti was brought out, followed by being told much later that they had completely run out of meatballs. Even getting water took far too long. Communication was poor, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and no effort was made to properly recover the situation.
To make matters worse, corporate customer service never followed up regarding the complaint. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, frustrating, and poorly managed — especially for a busy holiday when customers expect restaurants to be prepared.

The Brio in Freehold NJ closed and I was so happy to see this one. Great out door seating, bartender and manager were very nicely. I was able to have my favorite appetizer lollipop lamb chops and Caymus 🍷 wine. I highly recommended.
