  They took a $5 delivery charge and then wanted tip on top on crappy pizza that isnt real oven pizza !!!!!! They're doing crack !!!! Never again !!!!! I feel for the driver who got no tip and.. who should quit !!!!!!

  I ordered a thin crust pineapple and ham pizza late last night along with a 6-piece bone-in wing order with mild buffalo sauce. Unfortunately, the entire order was disappointing. The pizza was severely overcooked—completely dry, hard, and burnt. It was honestly like eating drywall. A thin crust pizza should be crispy, but this was beyond that and clearly cooked far too long. The pineapple and ham toppings couldn't even make up for how dry and tough the crust was. To make matters worse, the wings were not mild as requested. They arrived much spicier than what I ordered. Because it was late at night, sending the order back and waiting for a replacement wasn't a realistic option. We were hungry and ended up eating it anyway, but that doesn't change the fact that the pizza was subpar and frankly terrible. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this order and feel that I deserve a replacement pizza. Customers should receive food prepared as ordered, and this pizza fell far below reasonable expectations.

  We were very hungry 1 hour before closure, we went up to pizza hut to get some pizza, and they were standing outside smoking playing around then we asked them if it was open still and they said they ran out of pizza and we asked to make a fresh one they said it will take 1 hour to make a pizza? that's crazy.
