- IRiris rodriguez1 day ago3.0I was shocked today at the Shrinksation of my order. The staple a boston cream donut. Now the size of a kid size burger patty from McD and the croissant OMG. The smallest ever. The company wants to know why their QTR # sales are down. We the customers like to treat ourself & receive a fare portion for the price we are paying now a days. But this is why your numbers are down & will continue to due so. Go back to the basics & cut your margins down. Charge less or return your portion size & customers will come back.

Then she plopped my whole wrap on the bare counter before packaging everything. That has to be some kinda code violation! I didn't say anything but I damn sure didn't eat it and just tossed it in the trash.

This is already the second Dunkin’ location I’ve been to where the drink was poorly made and simply not worth the price. The milk was cold, the coffee tasted bitter, and there was absolutely no taste of cinnamon or caramel. On top of that, the cup was barely half full. It’s not a cheap drink, and after working all day, sometimes you just want to stop and enjoy a good cup of coffee. Unfortunately, it’s very frustrating to spend your money and receive a product that was clearly not made properly. I really hope you can start looking into how this drink is being prepared and make sure the quality is consistent across your locations. Thank you.
- OCOlive CollAug 2, 20262.0Doordashed bag of McDonald's trash sitting on the front counter, spread out like a feast, lady was rude on headset and had to be talked over by another employee to stop her, and employee flipped off her coworker in front of me and my kid. I asked for a minute to decide what I wanted and the lady with clear attitude said "can I help you" I was caught off guard cause I had just clearly asked her for a second, then when I asked her if the fluffernutter was made with whipped cream or marshmallow she said "it's made with milk" the other employee cut her off and told me it's made with marshmallow cold foam. Like Bro no shit it has milk, I didn't even ask.
