I accidentally ordered the wrong coffee and she so gracefully insisted that she'd have the correct one made. The employee who brought it out also had a smile on her face like it wasn't a problem at all. Their small acts of kindness brightened my morning. Top-tier employees! ☺️✨🌄

I placed my order through the drive-thru, and from the beginning, the female employee taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was ordering, I could hear a man coming over the speaker making noises that sounded like he was mocking someone with a disability. At that point, I parked my car and went inside to speak with the manager—only to find out that the MANAGER was the one making the noises. As a Black woman myself, I told them straight up: this has absolutely nothing to do with race. This is about professionalism, respect, and how you carry yourself while representing a business. Situations like this are exactly why negative stereotypes continue to exist, and it was embarrassing to witness. The entire establishment was being run like a clown show. If the manager is participating in the foolishness instead of correcting it, what can you really expect from the employees? I canceled my order and left. I came to buy my kids donuts—not to deal with disrespect, mocking behavior, and a complete lack of professionalism. He said his name was Angel Do better. Especially management.
