  Alex made a horrible excuse to tell me at 815am they ran out of chicken and it was because another customer ordered 9 sandwich earlier??? I told her it was the managers fault for not making a a better food order, it is only 815am and you ran out of an item. Poor management.

  Hay una niña que se llama Alex, es grosera, es maleducada con los clientes y con las personas que hacen deliveries también hay muchos que no hablan inglés o no entienden perfectamente inglés y esta niña les habla horrible y hace caras si no le entienden, lastimosamente Daña la imagen de este Dunkin! There is a girl named Alex, she is rude, she is rude with customers and with people who make deliveries there are also many who do not speak English or do not understand perfect English and this girl speaks horrible to them and makes faces if they do not understand her, unfortunately it damages the image of this Dunkin!

  I would give zero stars if I could. The guy there told me they are out of glazed donuts. I said Well, I called and someone said you make them throughout the day, and it's only lunch time. When will a new batch be out? He said, Yeah, Nahh we ain't doing no more today. You can try another DD. I asked him to please call another to verify they had them because I need 2 dozen. He said I'm sure they do, you can go see. And walked off. Not coming back here. Ever. I miss Krispy Kreme something fierce.
