  Great experience. Naurice was super nice like she wanted to be there. If I needed another employee I would hire her right now.

  Horrible service the lady that took my order I told her 3 times what meat I wanted and still messed up 50 bucks worth of food. The I call the store after sitting in traffic 45 minutes and kali answered had no does how to talk or fix my order. Not happy at all

  Man, man, man...... I don't know what exactly to say. Spent $36 for a bowl and a burrito. It started with the lemonade. Once sip, the smell and taste of a septic system i just couldn't get ot out of my mouth. Even the receipts had that septic smell. Horrible. We opened the food and it's just not appealing. Everything is just thrown together like it fell on the floor, it got scraped up off of the floor and thrown in the bowl. There was barely any rice or beans, a whole ton of lettuce, and just fatty chunks of carnitas. Twice now this has been the experience at this location. The Melbourne locations are so awesome. The Merrit Island location is by far the best. The care they give to you and your food at the Merrit Island location is what every other location should strive for. But here in Palm Bay they should just shut it down, bring the FDA or something. Check all the piping because they have to have some serious septic issues or something. Everything smelled like it, the receipts, the bags. What really gets me is, why doesn't someone working there, the manger, smell this as they're making the food, bagging it, making the drinks??? Just not good at all. How do look at the food and say this looks appetizing??

  Finally stopped in because Chipotle is always a great option. The guy that helped us try to do his best with my wife who has celiac. Food was good. The service and atmosphere was awkward. The girl who check us out I think her name was Lilli was called workers idiots and yelling and was not nice. Another guy was cursing at her. Food made it a little bit better but I think someone needs to sit the employees down and remind them how they need to act with customers around. All in all it is convenient and we may come back but going to take a little after this experience.

  The lady serving food at 5PM afternoon time was so sloppy, she had an attitude, when I ask for extra chicken double protein she puts half of a scoop more chicken, and then when I requested that my bowl to be with no cover, she still insisted and put a cover over my bowl, then when my family ordered, she gave them a sour cream bowl full of slop, with no chicken she basically gave a half of scoop of protein (just don’t go to this place in the afternoon shift time so you don’t come across the lady serving and you will be fine)
