    I got food today and Jina was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and patient while helping me decide what to get. She explained the steak bowl to me and made sure I understood all the options before ordering. She was very kind, patient, and made the whole experience so much easier.

    I have never had a bad experience at this Arbys; however, last night I had some exceptional customer service from Petra and Aaliyah. Huge shootout to you ladies!! Thank you so much for your assistance and attention to detail!! The food was also amazing, so thank you to the cook line as well!! ❤️👏👏

    This place gives you food poisoning from the inside to the outside. It was horrible. Even the food food tasted like rubber, and it wasn’t even fresh and the mac & cheese had to smell to it and the stake was there rubber i threw up everywhere at work a gift card or anything would not fix this bad of a experience
