  I love the coffee and other products from this company. However, the girls from this particular location need to get it together. I always have the same simple order (double shot, hot latte). Not only did the girl taking my order spend extra time talking to the person in front of me after their order was delivered (by 3 minutes and, yes, I timed it) but she got my order wrong twice in a row. After reviewing my order step by step (which don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the thoroughness) my order still came out wrong twice. Each time before I got the wrong order she reviewed everything to make sure everything was correct and I still got the wrong item…twice. This location requires training and supervision.

  Cayden is literally the best employee there. Not only is she super sweet and kind, she is attentive and always has a smile on her face!

  In and Out always - great coffee and employees are always serving with smile. Recommendation: Light Iced German Chocolate w/OatMilk and triple 7.

  This is my favorite location and one of the fastest! The team there is wonderful and Cayden knows exactly what I want. She's the best!! Thanks for the great daily service. Keep up the great work guys!!

  Ever since I was introducing seventh through coffee, I’ve literally fell in love with it. It’s to the point where I went out of town and went on an hour long while goose Chase just defined a seven Bruin Jacksonville so that I could have my coffee even at the expense of being late for the conference, I was actually there for I just feel like it’s not fair when you have to drink promotions in order to get perks because you make single people feel like we’re not worth anything to you because we only bought one card literally like you had the promotion on my day off when I don’t go to work so there’s just no reason for me to buy 2 cups of coffee like why would a single person in this economy buy 2 cups of coffee just for something that’s supposed to be given away for free that probably cost you $.10. It’s not cool. I love the coffee but in the whole concept of like making you over by to receive perks is not cool. I guess I’ll stop chasing you guys for her the extra perks and just go by the coffee and just get my one free coffee after every 10 cups because that’s just not cool. And I literally go to seven every day like every day and I couldn’t get a free coaster because I didn’t wanna waste another seven dollars on a cup of coffee wow wow makes me kind of sad changes my opinion and then to have the workers be like you should’ve bought a friend you could’ve bought us one is that like really I spent $50 here a week. You could’ve given me a coaster for free.
