  I honestly NEVER leave bad reviews, especially on a fast food restaurant, but almost 30 MINUTES for two drinks is insane! I had takeout in the car that’s now cold and bad. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. You have half the staff outside smoking and chatting with friends and one girl running around just to get told they’re behind. Well, yeah maybe staff appropriately and prioritize orders more effectively. I can see why all other sonics have gone out of business.

  Ordered a small strawberry milkshake. Looked like vanilla or banana when I got it. Pressed the button & said I don't think this is strawberry. Someone came out, looked at it, took it back. I sat for "several minutes" the girl came back with an "identical" yellow white shake...saw about 3 strawberry seeds & that was it. No pink or strawberry pieces anywhere! Only pink was from the cherry. Never stopping here again.

  We got there in the drive-through speaker was broken. I was told by the staff that I would have to scream into the speaker in order for them to hear me. I would’ve rather just went to a pull-up spot, but we were a little too far gone at that point so I screamed my order of four slushy three watermelon and one blue raspberry all with nerds. The blue raspberry with nerds was half liquid half slush. And the three others I have no idea what flavor we actually received, but it wasn’t watermelon at all to be truthful. It didn’t really taste like anything just sweet and cold And not even the proper color. And we were given regular drink straws, instead of the larger, slushy straws we typically receive with an order like this. The order we received fell short in every area, you could expect it to fall short in. The service we received I believe was probably the Best the little girl serving as can do because she was the only one working. She was running around serving the entire restaurant by herself while three other employees were seen sitting down at a table, talking to an older gentleman watching this poor girl pull her hair out. I tipped her well, considering the price we paid and the service we received. Before we get into the speaker was broken that’s why there was a breakdown and what we got the girl verified with me three separate times what I ordered because of that speaker and all three times she was correct just what we received was not correct
