  90% of the staff here needs to be fired. The owner has to know he’s losing money here. You only pay taxes when you make profit. It’s the only explanation for keeping this charade of a store open. He definitely doesn’t read these reviews and he doesn’t seem interested in hiring people who will actually put their best foot forward and do the work they’ve been hired to do. Wait times up to 30 minutes inside and the drive thru. Always out of items. The bathroom is a dungeon. Poorly prepared food constantly being comped or refunded and thrown away. Staff always on their cell phones, completely IGNORING customers who are quite obviously standing at the counter waiting to be served, THEN handling food! Who knows how many toilets those phones have been dropped in at home?! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE. The least you all can do is try to treat customers with a shred of dignity and respect! You might enjoy your jobs a little bit more if you came in with better attitudes. Instead, you act like customers are inconveniencing you! I’ve been in the food service industry for over 10 years. I’m not a Karen. I usually stick up for the staff in most cases because I know how rude, unpleasant, bitter, and contemptible customers can be, but this is the first place where I felt certain that the complaints are 100% deserved. There’s a great Dunkin right on highway 17 in East Palatka that is always a pleasure to deal with. Cheerful staff with great attitudes who make your day just a tiny bit more pleasant before you head to work with your coffee. Wait times can be a little long, but it’s because anybody with brain cells knows to go there and avoid this dreadful Reid St location.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars honestly, everytime I come here the service is awful, I live right near here and go to work and need a quick pick me up, when I go through the drive thru they took a minute to answer and then said one minute I then waited 5 minutes and had to say hello for them to order, when they took my order it sounded like she was eating and I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times before they got it correct, once I pulled up to the window she was standing there drinking right in my face and was chatting with her coworkers who were scrolling on their phones in plain view, when she finally decided to stop chit chatting, she turned around with her water in her hands drinking it she didn’t ask if I wanted to scan the app just shoved the payment device in our face, she also had bracelets up her arm which is disgusting to be around my food with, finally whenever they handed out the food and drinks which they always take a minute because they want to chat along and not prioritize their customers. I sat there after they handed my food and drinks out thinking that they didn’t give me something yet because no one said anything, they silently gave me my food and drinks which with their arms out not looking at us AT ALL!! With a nasty look on their faces, she then opened the window and asked are y’all good?? Are you serious!!!! No actually I’m not you didn’t say anything, you could’ve said alright that’s it have a good day, acknowledge Your customers a little bit more. I definitely won’t be coming anymore since I get the same experience every time, this Dunkin is extremely ghetto. Edit: I also just opened up my food I always get the bacon egg and cheese and the cheese on my sandwich is almost black, to busy on their phones to pay attention to the times for their sandwiches

  I was so disappointed with the actions of the day shift manager on the 13th. They have my info on the app and could have called and said that they couldn't make my whole order. I drove 20 minutes for the drive thru to say they dont have my order ans they couldn't cancel or refund. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that I have to cancel it bro. Like what the hell. Been 3 days and still no refund 😪.

  The person on the speaker and in window. Spoke, seemed, totally unhappy to be there. Completely miserable. Even as i smiled and thanked her, she just grunted at me. I love my dunkin, but will not be visiting this store ever again in my future.
