Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Was there this mornin grabbin a cofee before fishin, walked in and was greeted by Ashley, who was very attentive friendly and, dayum that smile almost had me forgetting what I came there for, didn't catch no fish but If i go back Imma try and catch her number. Service was fast and professional

Whataburger at Five Points is absolutely the worst. Honestly, the fact that this location is still open is probably because there aren’t many other fast-food options in the area. And I use the term “fast food” very loosely, because there is absolutely nothing fast about this place.
You can expect to spend 20+ minutes there on a regular basis. Today, I finally decided to bite the bullet and order online so I could just pick it up and be on my way. Big mistake. I waited over 30 minutes before finally going inside to find out what was going on.
I was told there was an issue with the online ordering system and that it was showing customers as having arrived when they hadn’t. Fine, I can understand a technical glitch. But somehow, even after waiting over 30 minutes, my food still wasn’t ready—and when I finally got it, the order was WRONG.
At that point, what exactly are we doing here?
If you’re going to make people wait 20–30+ minutes, the absolute least you can do is get the order right. This location consistently fails at the one thing a fast-food restaurant is supposed to do: serve food quickly and correctly.
I genuinely cannot wait until more actual fast-food options open in the area, because the only reason this place survives is because people don’t have many alternatives. If there were more options nearby, I have a hard time believing this location would stay in business.
Absolutely terrible service, painfully slow, and somehow still manages to get the order wrong after making you wait forever. Do better.

I can't leave a review, because I'm still waiting for my food. Seriously, this may be the slowest fast food establishment in northwest Florida. Breakfast is slow, lunch is slow, dinner is slow. Midnight when no one else is ordering food. You guessed it, it's slow.

Foods right most of the time but why does it consistently take 30+ minutes and me going inside to get the order I PLACED AHEAD FOR PICKUP. The only system more broken is the American healthcare system

Missing food in bag after Mindy was short with me on intercom. Then called to let her know about my misfortune of paying extra for food "size and upgrade to onion rings" that I didn't receive. 9 times out of ten they only put 5 or 6 onion rings in a large box. I have now asked to make sure I have a full box when I order. That has worked for last few visits. "Mindy corrected me tonight stating they put 10 to 12 onion to a large box. There was never 10 to 12 unless I asked for a full box. That's small onion rings to get less then a half a box and to say there 10 to 12. this location sure has gone down hill in the recent years. Always a long long wait. Mindy and her peachy customer service has ended my stops into this location. Seems like managers are aloud to speak to customers any way they please. I've overheard a few that raises an eyebrow when dealing with the public.
