  Jimmy John's consistently makes a great sandwich. The prices have definitely gone up over the years, but honestly that's true almost everywhere these days, so it doesn't really set them apart. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is that they're one of the few fast-food-style restaurants that offers a lettuce wrap alternative—and they do it right. The lettuce is always fresh, crisp, and holds together well, which isn't always the case at other places. The staff is always friendly and works hard, but the location often appears to be understaffed. It's usually just a couple of employees trying to handle dine-in customers, drive-thru orders, and mobile orders all at the same time. That's a lot to manage, and they deserve credit for keeping things moving as well as they do. Overall, the food is consistently good, the lettuce wraps are excellent, and the staff always gives their best effort. Definitely one of our regular stops.

  1 star for service...you can't toast a sandwich that just has ham & cheese...that's pure BS! CREATE IT, come on Jimmy John's you're better than that!! To be clear, the workers are amazing, this is in no way related to the service...JUST mad at Jimmy John's for not making what I want!!!

  Love getting takeout here. The Thai Chicken wrap & the Chicken Gyro are my favorites. Pesto pasta salad is delicious too.

  Consistent. Unfortunately, sometimes it feels like there are only 1 or 2 people working inside so it can be a bit slow, but I'm never in a huge rush. Food is usually pretty good and the employees are friendly.

  Had the Italian combo meal tonight and was very disappointed sandwich made terrible dry and bread hard on the edges won’t be going back . Hairnets and beard nets should be worn !
