  around 10:30 this morning i went thru the drive thru and the girl working the headset was extremely dismissive when i was ordering and when i got to the window it was the same just super rude:( normally not the type to put a review in but the past 2 visits that I've come I haven’t had a great experience and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

  This Dunkin is really starting to aggravate me. I need someone above management to reach out. I have mobile orders that can’t be completed, nor refunded. This location is constantly serving coffee for their shaken espresso. We watched 3 different employees refill the espresso pitcher with coffee instead of making espresso. I was waiting in the lobby after receiving coffee instead of espresso in the drive thru witnessing this first hand. This location requires more turn arounds and go backs than just enjoying what you paid for. I have on MULTIPLE occasions received FROZEN food. On multiple occasions received only half of our order. Can’t fix it on the app, can’t fix it at the store, and Dunkin customer service email is as bad as this location. I WOULD AVOID.

  Staff was amazing today, they helped me when I messed up my mobile order and were super nice about it

  EDIT.😊 We have one of the good ones back! John is so friendly and he's on point! Trained by the best 😅 “I've been going here for 7 years and have seen many managers and employees come and go. Made some friends along the way as well. I watched this last manager bust her tail to become a manger. I even celebrated her! With new employees you're bound to get a coffee wrong, I understand that, but a constant wrong coffee is annoying. They were always fixed and even given free coffee to make it up. Well this manager decided because I was upset about a $25 order that I wrote an "anonymous" complaint. She threatened me with a lawyer for slander, defamation of character, loss of wages, filling a false report/claim and harassment!!! I had/have no clue what she's talking about. After telling her I honestly didn't know what she was talking about she tried to play it off and say that she didnt think it was me and corporate was going to send her the info. She knows it wasn't me but isn't mature enough to admit it. It saddens me to lose a friend this way, (obviously not a good friend) But I've since found coffee shops with way better coffee. ANONYMOUS I AM NOT!!!!” This is the message..... Wow really I never in a million years would think you would stoop that low. But now that the investigation is complete and your bogus accusations were found untrue I have contacted a lawyer and I have a very strong case for slander, defamation of character, loss of wages, filling a false report/claim and if you decide to continue to make more false complaints then harassment will be added to the mix. Hope you have a lawyer on hand. I cannot believe you of all people would do something that low. SMH see you in court. Anonymous isn't 100% anonymous fyi. SMH you're too old to be acting this way. You should be ASHAMED of yourself. All over an incorrect coffee when you literally get free shit ALL THE TIME. smh Vivian!! Someone else is obviously upset with your overall service!!
