I NEVER do reviews, but it’s bad when you have to go through a place and ask them “what DO you have?” I have went different days, different times, and they NEVER have hot fudge. They never have any flavors, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Whoever is running this location does a horrible job of managing inventory. I keep thinking maybe next time it will be better, but it doesn’t. I just went through, and named off 3 different flavors and they are out. Oreo, chocolate chip, and mint chocolate chip. It’s actually ridiculous.

We ordered at the drive-through and was told it would be $8+. I thought it was expensive, but knew it was limited edition so I didn't say anything. Once we paid, we were asked to pull up a little and wait for them to bring it to us. When the girl brought it she told us it hadn't been released yet so she didn't have any of the toppings, but she had the ice cream so she finagled a milkshake for us. So... with a tip I spent about $10 on just a milkshake. No toppings, no whipped cream. Nothing. I was so stunned I said thank you and left because I thought that the milkshake part would at least be correct. It wasn't. My daughter said it tasted nothing like pistachio, and it had peanuts and Oreo pieces, and tasted like cherries. Seriously, what the heck?!? I want to know why we weren't told during ordering that they didn't have the ingredients for this? I will not be going back here.

I’m not sure if this is how all locations operate or if it’s just this one, but my experience was disappointing. I went in excited to try the Mangonada drink. I was charged for it, only to then be told they didn’t have the ingredients to actually make it. I think they should know what they do and don’t have before charging someone something, but instead they tried to sell me something else. I politely asked for a refund, which shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place. On top of that, the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think, let alone communicate my order clearly. The employees also seemed more focused on their phones than on customers. Overall, it felt disorganized and underwhelming for a place that gets so much praise. Not the experience I expected.

I don't understand if you are aware it's a high demand item you should order more. It is easy to see trends. The workers are always polite but it's extremely irritating to always go and you are out of something.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
