I have been very loyal to this location and frequently spend a lot of money on drinks here. Today was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. After I paid with my card, another vehicle pulled into the drive thru lane right behind me. The employee walked away from my vehicle and said “Oh my god, people, go home” in a snobby voice. She then turned back around and told me to have a good day. I was literally speechless as she acted like it was no big deal and I didn’t hear what she just said. She walked back to the stand without going to take the next car’s order. For her to say that directly in front of me was absolutely sickening and rubbed me the wrong way. For a company whose culture is to “Cultivate Kindness”, I received the exact opposite of this and am highly disappointed. If I hadn’t already tipped and paid, I absolutely would’ve just left or tipped zero.

Everyone working there are so nice, and unlike every place else you can control how sweet you want your coffee and energy drinks. If their happens to be no one behind you, they will have a conversation with you, it seems like they genuinely care about the customer and how your day is going.

Today was the 1st time since this location open that customer service was so rude. There was a truck in front of me and no one else one girl handed there drinks that a 2cd girl brought out. The 2 of them stood talking and playing with the dogs for 10 min B4 she came and took my order. If either of them would have said someone will b right w u- nope! When I said that was very rude she said my job talking to a customer! I am probably not doing this name any justice but, Ashtris came and took our order and was very polite and friendly! Made our drinks perfect in a few min. I go sometimes 2 - 3x in a day have never been treated like that! Sometimes u have to weed out the ones that don't belong!

I was able to customize a drink and re-create something from a long time ago and a place that closed years back. I have missed that drink ever since. Finally being able to bring that back from my past was so exciting! The staff not only participated but genuinely seem to care about my little mission. They listened & they didn’t judge. While I explained my bizarre little quest I never Felt like I was bothering them or they thought I was some crazy lady. They gave me advice how the drinks are made & suggestions on how to order it. Both of which were very helpful. It felt like the girl was genuinely excited to participate and waited for me to taste it to find out if we’d done it. & WE DID! She even told the people inside the store that we had accomplished this mini mission impossible. We all had a little mini celebration. The whole thing took less than 10 mins. Truly the highlight of my day. Talk about going above and beyond. Never would I ever expect such an inclusive atmosphere. Feeling like everybody’s in it together them celebrating the results most definitely exceeded any expectations I could’ve ever had.

Everyone is always the sweetest when I go there! Alyssa(sorry if I spelled it wrong) talked to me a little this morning and she is an absolute joy to speak with! She’s so upbeat and smiley and just has the best attitude for working customer service!! This whole store is my favorite store!!! I live near it but if I’m not near it, I’d rather wait to drive to this one to go because they’re all so sweet!!! Thank you for always being awesome!!!
