  Either give 100% or close all your stores. Went to 2 local locations waited 20 minutes in line for both and still could not get my order taken. How much money are you loosing by not giving 100%? Asking for a friend.

  Not sure why ordering two drinks is so complicated, but after waiting 20 minutes, we decided to leave. Fortunately the machine would only allow us to pay cash (I mean, why would you want to pay by card in 2026), so we hadn’t paid yet. Hadn’t been in a while, and this reminded us why. Shame, since those cherry limeade are so refreshing.

  I always order ahead through the app and it doesnt take long after I park and check-in before I get my food. Staff is always nice and friendly. Ive rarely had issues with my food here and the few times that I have they've fixed it quickly and without issues.

  I feel so bad for the woman working this location— she seems very sweet and is working so hard— but I think she might be the only person working the store. Typing this review as we wait for our mobile order— we’ve been here for 30 minutes.
