  ,To Whom It May Concern, Today I recently found out there was a Papa John’s location near me. Mind you, I have not ordered from Papa John’s since I left the state of Ohio eight years ago, so my children and I were genuinely excited to order pizza tonight. Unfortunately, the experience turned into one of the worst customer service interactions I have had in a very long time. I initially called the store because I was having issues redeeming two gift cards online. The system would not allow me to enter both cards during checkout. I first spoke with a very polite young lady at what appeared to be a call center. She advised me that I needed to speak with the payment center. After speaking with the payment center, I was then transferred to the actual store location. At the store, I spoke with a woman who identified herself as “Neka.” From the beginning of the conversation, her tone was cold, dismissive, and rude. Despite immediately sensing the attitude, I continued the conversation respectfully and calmly because I simply wanted assistance placing an order for my family. I explained the issue regarding the gift cards, and she instantly responded in a nasty tone stating, “You’ll have to come in.” I politely asked whether there were any other options available, and she then replied that I needed to order online and enter both gift cards there. I explained to her that I had already attempted that, which was the entire reason for my call. She then responded with an attitude and dismissive tone that made the situation even more frustrating. At that point, I requested to speak with a manager. She informed me that there was no manager available and that she herself was the team lead. I then asked for the store number, and she provided it in a sarcastic and rude manner. I also asked when a supervisor would be present, and after hesitating, she stated “tomorrow morning.” Today had already been an extremely difficult day for me personally, and while I understand that everyone has hard days and stressful jobs, there is still a basic level of professionalism and respect that customers deserve. I approached this interaction respectfully from the very beginning, and there was absolutely no reason for me to be spoken to in such a hostile and dismissive manner. Not every customer is rude, disrespectful, or looking for problems. Some of us are simply trying to feed our families and enjoy a meal together. Customer service positions require patience, communication, and professionalism. If someone dislikes working with customers to the point that they openly mistreat them, then perhaps they should reconsider whether that role is right for them. Because of this interaction, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this location. If an employee is comfortable speaking to customers this way over the phone, it naturally raises concerns regarding the overall environment and professionalism within the store. I believe this matter should be addressed seriously. Respect goes both ways, and customers should not be made to feel belittled or uncomfortable simply for asking for assistance.   Where did you get your measurements for pizzas? No wonder the "price" was so "good"! Your MEDIUM PIZZA WAS LIKE A MINI PERSONAL PIZZA!!! Never again! Call NYC and let them show you was real pizza sizes are!!!

  store was full of employees and none of them got closer to take my order. seems like they where just looking at me and takind their time to then take care of me. i left the store without saying a single word. they where like 8 employees that day that me and my girls came out the Oviedo Pool.

  Not the typical pizza crust. The middle was raw and the bottom was hard and looks like it sunk into the pan and oven rack
