  Please talk to your employees about changing gloves prior to making a sandwich. I visited around 2pm today, July 19th and a young lady took my order. The same gloves she used to take my order were the same gloves used to make my sandwich.

  No bread at 8:15pm. And they make it onsite? Allegedly every 4 hours. The employees working could care less with no explanation or apology. Why even stay open, just to make everyone frustrated by the careless employee attitudes.

  Very rude staff member on the phone. My sandwich was requested to be cut in half with napkins and light mayo. Received no mayo, no napkins and not cut in half. When I called the person on the phone argued with me and then HUNG UP. It was a woman on Sat 10/4 around 12:15pm in case the manager would like to look into this
