- GGGabby6 days ago2.0I’ve given this location more chances than I probably should have over the years because every so often it seems like things improve, but unfortunately the service always ends up declining again. I’ve had multiple mobile orders that I either never received or arrived to find out they were out of an item. In those situations, I’ve never received a refund. There have also been several occasions where I’ve waited over 30 minutes for my order, only for it to be incorrect or missing items. The bagel minis are almost always served barely heated and are still borderline frozen in the middle. During the mornings, it’s also common to stand at the counter for several minutes without anyone acknowledging you. I do want to recognize that most of the employees currently working here are kind, professional, and do the best they can with the situations they’re given. However, there is one male employee who i don’t don’t if he’s the manager or not; who consistently makes every visit unpleasant. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been rude, and he has made unnecessary comments about my car, where I work, and other personal topics. My final straw happened during one of my most recent visits. While paying, I was about to select the tip option when he intentionally moved the payment terminal, causing me to tap the $5 option instead. He then said, “You do realize there’s four of us here.” I have absolutely no issue tipping, and I regularly do when I receive good service. What I do have an issue with is someone intentionally manipulating the payment screen to increase their tip. That behavior is dishonest, unethical, and extremely unprofessional. Combined with the ongoing issues this location has had over the years, this experience was enough for me to decide I won’t be returning.

There was trash everywhere, especially in the restroom, which looked like it had not been cleaned for a month. There were four workers there, but instead of cleaning, they were just talking. It is sad to see so much money spent to open a place like this, but the people running it clearly do not care. Never ever will be at this place again
