  Decent Dunkin’! The customer service wasn’t anything crazy, but it was decent. The food came out quick from our large mobile order, everything was correct, and consistent!

  I visited this Dunkin earlier today and had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The employee assisting me was extremely rude when I asked a few simple questions about using my rewards and drink sizes. Instead of helping, he responded with noticeable attitude and made the interaction uncomfortable. At one point, I had to explain that I was just trying to understand, but the behavior didn’t improve. What’s even more concerning is that after looking at past reviews, it seems this may be an ongoing issue with this employee. This has always been my go-to location, so it’s unfortunate to feel this way now. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, especially for basic questions. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated like this.

  The guy at the drive thru with the big curly hair is not very friendly and very slow. He never has a smile on his face. Seems like he hates his job. He should not be working the drive thru.

  Dunkin’ Donuts is hands down my favorite place to grab coffee. My go‑to order is a small iced coffee with one pump of mocha, and it truly hits the spot every single time. It’s simple, consistent, and exactly what I’m craving when I need a pick‑me‑up. I’m a Dunkin girl for sure. While you might not always get the same level of customer service as Starbucks, I actually prefer Dunkin’s laid‑back, neighborhood vibe. It feels familiar and comfortable, like a place you can pop into without any fuss. The coffee is reliable, affordable, and gets me through my day without overthinking it. Dunkin’ doesn’t try too hard—and that’s part of the charm. It’s straightforward, fast, and delivers exactly what it promises. If you’re someone who values a good iced coffee, a no‑pressure atmosphere, and a local feel, Dunkin’ is the place. It’s been my go‑to for years and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

  The person that makes the egg and cheese wrap in the morning must put it in the oven 5 sec. If I have time I park the car and go inside to get it heated again. I have quit going there cause they can't get it right
