  Shout out to Chris at this location! This morning was absolutely insane for him. I did an online order at 6:45 and arrived at the store at 7. I had to wait a little because he had 6 cars in line and 5 online orders that he was working on ALL BY HIMSELF!!!! And people came in to order while I was there. That man was running around that kitchen doing everything with great speed. I’ve never worked in the food business, but that totally didn’t seem fair at all to him. Hope his day got easier!

  This Dunkin’ Donuts location is an absolute abomination compared to other Dunkin’ locations. You either encounter employees who are incompetent, rude, or simply have no sense of customer service. Today was my first time using their drive-thru, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The employee taking my order was unhelpful and did not display even the most basic customer service skills. This location also seems to constantly be out of something. I ordered six dozen donuts and requested three jelly donuts, with the other three dozen being different varieties. It was after 8 AM, yet I was told they didn’t have any jelly donuts. The employee then changed her answer and said they only had two. When I asked about other varieties, they didn’t have those either. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this issue at this location. The worst part is that I specifically tried to place my order through the app to avoid having to deal with these issues, but even the app wasn’t functioning properly. I placed the order, and although the app indicated that it went through, it actually didn’t. Thankfully, I called the store to confirm before assuming my order was ready. The employee who answered said the system wasn’t working because another customer had just come in to complain about the same confusion. At this point, I’m genuinely curious whether some of the other reviews are referring to this particular employee because her customer service skills were nonexistent. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service, communication, and overall organization. I have more stories if the owner is interested.

  Twice now I have gone through the drive through and been met with one of the rudest employees. She has made weird remarks in response to my order - I ask for one extra pump of flavor in my drink, and it was met with a scoff and an incredibly snarky "sure, why not". She doesn't tell you your total, just coldly tells you to pull around. I understand the food service atmosphere isn't great, I work in fast food as well!! It sucks! But the attitude I have been met with from this specific employee at both visits leaves a truly bad taste in my mouth. I find it strange that there is absolutely no effort to even have a polite scripted response to an order without commentary. I'm not even looking for some hyped up cheery response, literally just an "Okay, anything else for you?" will do. I can see why they have a sign advertising a free donut for a 5 star review. Guy at the window with the feather tattoos on the other hand was very polite and very considerate. He even went above and beyond to ask if my drink looked how I'd like it to :)

  I swear every week it's something new. You had great salesman all week. The boy at the counter is trying his best. But all of the food all week has taken forever. After she initially asked me to say my order. And when I do repeat it she just tells me to pull around no price no finish no customer service whatsoever

  I stopped by Dunkin’ on Alafaya Trail in Oviedo last Saturday to grab a quick breakfast for my daughter and me, and I had a great experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and were happy to help me place my order. Since I hadn’t used the Dunkin’ app before, they even took the time to show me how it works so I could start earning rewards points. That extra level of customer service was really appreciated! Our order was prepared quickly, everything was fresh and exactly what we ordered, and I was impressed by how spacious the restaurant is. This is probably the largest Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited, and it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Excellent customer service, fast service, and a great atmosphere. Two thumbs up—I highly recommend stopping by this Dunkin’ if you’re in the Oviedo area!
