I called back asking about the status and they said “it’s coming out of the oven now” and it should be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later still, no pizza. I called again, now 1 hour and 30 minutes after initially ordering and the girl who answered said there wasn’t an order under my name and immediately put me on hold. Another person answers, and gives me attitude when I try to get a refund. Rude and incompetent staff.
- LLL LApr 13, 20265.0Ideally I’d give 4.3 or 4.4, so I’ll give a 5 (avg is 3.6 now). Moved to area almost a year ago and have ordered takeout from here a few times. Pizzas have been pretty decent and they have a good take out deal. Use the app, gives good estimate on completion time.
- AVADAM VETTERDec 31, 20255.0Dominos has really stepped up and the pizza was excellent. Easy set up online added toppings and all were to perfection. Delivery was a simple handoff and the tracker was actually spot on with the first time. Delivery was supposed to be 9:59 to 10:14 and it arrived at 9:55.
