  The Harissa chicken was a hit. My first time trying and I know I’ll get it again when I head back. The staff gave great service when I asked about different bowl options.

  What a wonderful experience. I stopped at this CAVA for lunch while passing through the area and decided to dine in. The restaurant itself was well kept and pleasantly quiet, making for an especially comfortable lunch. As I approached the counter, Tony warmly welcomed me and prepared a Spicy Lamb + Avocado entrée that was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed it so much that, after finishing my meal, I went back to the counter and ordered the very same entrée a second time. It was there that I had the pleasure of meeting Brandy. As we spoke, I mentioned how much I had enjoyed my first entrée and that I was only passing through. She could not have been more gracious. We shared a lovely conversation, and she invited me to visit again whenever I find myself in the area. She even offered me steak and pita chips to sample with my second entrée—a thoughtful gesture that made an already delightful visit especially memorable. The warmth continued at the register, where Bella was equally gracious. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—but what I will remember most is the kindness of the people. Tony, Brandy, and Bella turned a simple lunch stop into a truly memorable experience. I only wish I lived nearby, as I would happily make this CAVA a regular stop. It has my highest recommendation.

  i’ve been coming here consistently since opening day. i would give 5 stars for the food by itself! the food has always been solid. the service has gone so far downhill at this specific location though. legitimately worse service than mcdonalds, wendys, etc. the majority of the time, the workers take several minutes before actually taking your order. other times if you’re picking up, they will do everything they can to avoid eye contact or interact with you at all. it always seems like it’s the workers first day on the job, but it’s the same workers! if a manager / owner sees this, PLEASE consider retraining all of your staff on basic customer service skills! your food is great, and i would love to see the service get better.

  I come here a lot but today's experience was awful. They had more staff than usual which I thought would be quicker. The line was to the door. The staff seemed to be unorganized and it was a messy. They didn't listen to the orders. Food was unprepared which also made it longer. The most irritating thing was ordering something I order all the time and the price not matching. The ball was definitely dropped today. Mixing old cold rice with fresh rice is unprofessional. The amount that was left in that pan, seeing it was hard, should've been tossed.

  LEARN HOW TO COOK BLACK LENTILS. Ive gotten them three times now expecting a different outcome and every time they are rock hard. This is the only location that cannot seem to cook lentils in the central florida region. Might as well eat them raw at this point straight out the bag. DONT SERVE SOMETHING YOU DO NOT CARE TO LEARN HOW TO COOK. QUALITY CONTROL IS NEEDED.
