We came for Swiss National Day! The menu was great. The food was like stepping into Switzerland 🇨🇭 Chef Rolf 👨‍🍳 is masterful and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The dinning room is beautiful with the intimate white leather booths. The Pianist was awesome and the sound was at a level that conversations can flow freely.

We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast one day. I tried at least, because my meal was not edible and cost me 4 times what it should. Ordered simple biscuits & sausage gravy with "fresh" fruit. When it came out it looked like it should be named "Yuck!" or "Ew!". Immediately you could see chunks of unwhisked flour. Flavor wasn't horrible until you tasted a piece of sausage which there wasn't a lot of, thankfully, because it had to be really old. Biscuit was hard as a hockey puck but the size of a quarter. Fork would not cut it. Since I had the entire plate of gravy with tiny biscuit on it, I asked for an extra one. When Chef Rolf got the order he proceeded to grab a frozen biscuit and microwave it in plain view. Those biscuits cost me $3.59+tax each! And the gravy itself was $5. So I am in for around $13 already and then fruit with no flavor was another $7. So we are looking at over $21 for a simple meal. It wouldn't be a big deal if it was actually any good. Waitress had an attitude like we are a bother to her and she really hates being there and didn't even care to ask if everything was fine after seeing my barely touched plate. Chef Rolf looked like he was remodeling the place more than cooking. We both thought he was some kind of dish washer or maintenance guy wearing a dirty uniform. My girlfriend ordered an egg cheese and bacon on a muffin and a $8 glass of cheap orange juice. Our bill ended up at $49 for a small crappy breakfast. If you are staying at the Casey Key Resort, I recommend you find food elsewhere in the area. Trust me, you will save money and more likely you will actually enjoy the food. To say the least, we were very disappointed and won't be coming back to this restaurant.

I got a cabana at the pool there through Resort Pass and had a very bad experience. There's a lack of communication between Resort Pass, Casey Key Resort, and restaurant. The front desk told me they are completely separate from the restaurant but yet the restaurant is in the hotel. The only things that were actually included with the cabana were bottled waters, towels, and the TV for streaming. It is said that you have a server at your cabana but the staff refused to do that saying that they were going to be so busy when it didn't even get that busy. And then after I walked up to the counter to get all my food and drinks they added on an 18% gratuity. There were at least 5 bartenders and servers for the pool. Most of the female bartenders were in their 70s and really rude. One woman in fluorescent yellow sunglasses did not know how to make a rum runner and just gave me a bunch of rum and cranberry juice. There were also table tents in the cabana saying that they have a happy hour and food specials from 3:30 to 5:30. Then when it came time they said they were not offering that because it was a holiday yet it didn't say anything about not being available on holidays on the table tent. They could have just taken that table tent menu out of the cabana for the day instead of advertising something they didn't have. I also found out that they were letting the public in free that day from Memorial Day pool party but yet Resort Pass was still charging $25 a person for a day pass that day. Another miscommunication/inconsistency. Overall it was a pretty bad experience and I don't want to go back there.
