This was an extremely poor experience.
Our waitress' actions was clearly unprofessional and borderline fake. Multiple concerns arose during a single visit that should not have occurred if someone was paying attention.
First, a portion of our order never arrived, but we were first charged for sides that were intended to be included with the dinner. When I pointed it out, it took some time to rectify.
Second, we had vouchers that could have been applied to the bill. She did not apply them at first, and after I noted it, she only applied one... I had to ask again to have the rest properly reflected.
Third, the bill contained an unexplained "bar tax." When I asked what that meant, I received no clear explanation...only hazy rambling and no genuine answer.
One error may be understandable. However, having many billing "errors" in such a short period of time, all of which increase the cost, is extremely troubling. It gives the idea that clients are being charged for services they should not be.
Overall, incredibly bad customer service and a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.
my first clue should have been ease of reservations on a Saturday night. Kuddos to you for putting up misleading pictures making you look like a resort quality restaurant. you advertise valet parking. There wasn't any. We went to the front door and there was a jackedup hand written note on notebook paper telling us to use another door. We went to where we thought it was but not before we got to walk by a nasty mop bucket and mop propped up by a sink for ALL patrons to see. when we got to the door we thought was the entrance we were greeted by an 80th birthday party. we finally found the right door and came in by diners in the dining room. The whole place smelled like frying oil that needed to be changed and there were crumbs and general dirtiness on the bar. we kept walking and spilled out into a dirty lobby of a hotel. I have no problem with restaurants in hotels but could either of them have been clean and at least gave the appearance of a resort as the hotel is billed? is the food good? I don't know. maybe. I will never find out.
This was a brunch day, food was okay, not spectacular, for a breakfast plate cost was high and this is simply a hotel eating space. Service/time was slow; not busy that morning. One of three tables.

Absolutely amazing experience at Chef Rolf’s. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a unique charm that makes you feel like you’re dining somewhere truly special. The service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
The food was simply incredible. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high quality ingredients. You can really taste the passion and creativity behind the menu.
Special thanks to Richard, who took excellent
care of us. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit.
We’ll definitely be coming back.
