- KFKarina FJul 19, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from this restaurant. We placed a delivery order, but when it arrived, part of our order was missing. We called the restaurant to report the issue, and instead of resolving it on their end, we were told that we would have to come and pick up the missing items ourselves. This made very little sense, considering we had already paid for delivery and tipped the driver. Despite the inconvenience, we decided to go to the restaurant to get the missing wings. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When we arrived, the staff appeared annoyed, gave us unfriendly looks, and barely acknowledged us. The bag was handed to us in a very dismissive manner, and when we asked for sauces, they were practically tossed at us as well. To make matters worse, after returning home and counting the wings, we discovered that the order was still incomplete and that additional wings were missing. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that orders are not always perfect. What is unacceptable, however, is the way this situation was handled from start to finish. Not only were we inconvenienced by an incomplete delivery, but we were also treated rudely when trying to resolve the restaurant’s mistake. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.

This place will not stay in business long. Its ashamed of the Owner of this franchise for allowing the managers to not fix the issues with all the bad reviews.
