  The service was absolutely horrible. The lady in the front was slow and people were waiting past 40 mins including myself. My chicken was UNDERCOOKED. We came inside and even showed them and they said it was “the breading” when it was in the MIDDLE. He gave us a new thing of 6 boneless I cut them all open and most of them were undercooked again. I spend $35 dollars on a meal I couldn’t even eat.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from this restaurant. We placed a delivery order, but when it arrived, part of our order was missing. We called the restaurant to report the issue, and instead of resolving it on their end, we were told that we would have to come and pick up the missing items ourselves. This made very little sense, considering we had already paid for delivery and tipped the driver. Despite the inconvenience, we decided to go to the restaurant to get the missing wings. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When we arrived, the staff appeared annoyed, gave us unfriendly looks, and barely acknowledged us. The bag was handed to us in a very dismissive manner, and when we asked for sauces, they were practically tossed at us as well. To make matters worse, after returning home and counting the wings, we discovered that the order was still incomplete and that additional wings were missing. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that orders are not always perfect. What is unacceptable, however, is the way this situation was handled from start to finish. Not only were we inconvenienced by an incomplete delivery, but we were also treated rudely when trying to resolve the restaurant’s mistake. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.

  Places and order and was given way less than I ordered, this place is horrible when I bought food back they argued that my order was correct so I brought order back and showed them what I recived not even an apology. This place will not stay in business long. Its ashamed of the Owner of this franchise for allowing the managers to not fix the issues with all the bad reviews.
