This morning there were plenty of people on but the one up front was cleaning, and; didn't acknowledge any of the 4 customers in line. Has there been a management change? I thought customers always come 1st. It so far doesn't seem like it at this location.

I’m talking EVERY TIME! I’ve spoke to management several times about this issue but it has not gotten better. I feel the food is OK but expensive but the service is terrible! I’m writing here just to see if we are the only folks this is happening too.
