I usually am not one for writing a negative review but I feel the need to now. Tonight is the 4th time in a row that we have visited this location and the order was not right. Tonight makes the 2nd time having to drive back because to the location because the 1st time the donuts were n9t right then Tonight the bagel was wrong. They didnt have the one we ordered so they gave us another one that we didnt pay for but when we got home it was without cream cheese. The other 2 trips they gave us our drinks but did not give us our food. We are so excited that this location is 24 hours but unhappy that 4 times in a row our order that we placed was incorrect. Management should check on the employees and see if they can assist with finding what will help them to better assist customers. We are frequent dunkin doughnut customers bur maybe we will try krupsy kreme out since they are near as well.

I came inside simply to pick up my eagle cups, but what I witnessed was deeply concerning. Every employee was working relentlessly. moving with urgency, multitasking, and doing everything possible to keep the business running. Meanwhile, the individual identified to me as the manager remained seated at the drive-thru window, repeatedly yelling across the restaurant at her staff. As a customer, I found the environment uncomfortable and unsettling. I cannot imagine what it must be like for the employees who endure this treatment every day. One employee, in particular was taking orders, retrieving donuts whenever they were demanded by said seated manager, preparing and delivering drinks to both the drive-thru and the front counter, and assisting wherever needed all while listening to the manager shouting. Watching a single employee perform the work of multiple people while the manager remained seated and issued commands from a chair was shocking. Leadership is demonstrated through action, support, and respect! not intimidation. There is never an acceptable circumstance in which a manager should routinely communicate by yelling at employees. A workplace built on fear does not create productivity; it destroys morale, damages employee retention, and ultimately affects the customer experience. What concerns me even more is that I found multiple reviews describing this same manager exhibiting the same behavior. This does not appear to be an isolated incident or someone simply having a bad day. It appears to be an ongoing pattern that has been allowed to continue unchecked. The responsibility extends beyond this manager. When repeated complaints exist and no meaningful action is taken, it reflects a failure of leadership at higher levels as well. Employees deserve to work in an environment where they are respected, supported, and led by example—not subjected to public humiliation while they are doing everything they can to keep the business operating. I sincerely hope this reaches someone with the authority to make meaningful changes. This manager should not be entrusted with leading a team if this is how employees are consistently treated. The staff deserves better, your customers deserve better, and your company’s reputation deserves better.

I went through drive thru Friday afternoon around 2:30 and the lady that handed me my drink was very rude and rolled her eyes because I asked for extra napkins. I think her name was Harmony.

Back to this Dunkin’ Donuts the fact that there was about 10 people at 9 AM and they couldn’t even cook bacon is unacceptable the service the lady that I’m trying to explain what happened says she’s already frustrated. I can’t help her when I’m just explaining I can’t eat the bacon because it’s not cooked.

Nobody was available at the register. Everybody is running around taking care of the drive-thru customers. I used the kiosk. Ordered 2 small coffees. The kiosk has no option for adding cream to one coffee and leaving the other black. I also ordered a donut. The kiosk did not give a receipt. Nobody working there has even acknowledged that I was there. When the order was filled, I asked for cream and was asked why I didn't order cream on the kiosk. I said I didn't want cream in both coffees. She confirmed that is true. The kiosk can't do it. Then I asked for the donut and she said that I didn't order one despite the ticket saying one donut. Then I found out not from the staff but from another customer that today was National Donut day and I was entitled to two donuts so I asked for another donut. Very poor service.
