- KSKitei SechlerOct 3, 20261.0Well I guess I won't be going to Dunkin Donuts anymore. I've noticed a decline in customer service that I think people should know about. Dunkin' Donuts used to be the place to go and get great coffee great service and great food. Tonight when I went there, there were a couple of younger employees that probably didn't want to be there or take the time to prepare the food the way I requested. The coffee was warm that I ordered. I asked for a snack and bacon crispy and the young woman said it had to be made fresh and I said okay that's fine I will wait. Of course when I get to the window it is not crispy it's very soggy and it's cold. They must have barely put it in the microwave and it wasn't made fresh because I didn't have to wait for it to cook. I got avocado toast and there was barely a smear of avocado on it. Not like the picture which is false advertisement. And none of it was palatable. I must have gotten the last drop of the seasonal coffee for the evening because it wasn't hot at all and it lacked the quality that I was used to getting from Dunkin'. My experience was not good at all and even though I was trying to be nice and smile to the young cashier. The only reason I didn't go back to complain was because I was honestly concerned that had I done that the food would have been tampered with.
